In order to improve the combustion of the propellant,this paper designs two kinds of program split granular(PSG)porous propellants(PSG three-slot 12-hole and PSG six-slot18-hole).The shape function is theoretically deduced,and propellants are prepared by semisolvent method.After the production is completed,the coating operation is carried out.The effects of different coating conditions such as flame retardant content and coating quality on the combustion performance were studied through the closed explosive experiment;Compare the combustion performance difference between these two kinds of propellants;For PSG with six slots and 18 holes,the influence of slot length on the combustion performance was further studied.The research results show that under the same conditions,the theoretically calculated maximum relative combustion surface of the cylindrical 19-hole propellant is 1.77,while the maximum relative combustion surface of the program-split porous 12-hole and 18-hole propellant reaches 1.84 and 2.98,increasing by 4.0% and 68.4% respectively.For PSG threeslot 12-hole propellant,when the control coating quality is 1.5%,the flame retardant content of the propellant with 30% flame retardant content has better combustion progressiveness;when the flame retardant content is controlled at 40%,the coating quality is 1.5% % of the propellant has better burn-increase.For the PSG six-slot 18-hole propellant,when the control coating quality is 1.5%,the flame retardant content of the propellant with a flame retardant content of40% has better combustion progressiveness;when the flame retardant content is controlled at40%,the coating quality is 2.64 % of the propellant has better combustion increase;when the flame retardant content is 40% and the coating quality is 1.5%,the PSG six-slot 18-hole propellant with a slot length of 16.3 mm has better combustion increase.The combustion progressiveness of PSG six-slot 18-hole propellant is better than that of PSG three-slot 12-hole propellant.
