In recent years, fluorescent probes for the detection of metal ions, cyanide ions, and peroxynitrite anions and new photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy have been developed one after another. However, due to the poor selectivity and polymerization-induced inhibition effect of these fluorescent probes, the new photosensitizers have problems such as low singlet oxygen generation rate, which are difficult to be widely used. Therefore, the development of fluorescent probes with simple detection, good selectivity and high sensitivity and photosensitizers with high singlet oxygen generation rate are still the focus of research. In this paper, phenothiazine was used as the parent, and five target products were designed and synthesized, and their properties were studied:(1)Synthesize the target product M1 with dual effects of fluorescent probe and photosensitizer. In the spectral test,it was found that M1 can specifically recognize CN-,with good selectivity and strong anti-interference,and the detection limit is 4.9×10-4 mol/L;at the same time, the singlet oxygen yield of M1 is higher than that of Rose Bengal,it is an excellent photosensitizer, and it is expected to play a role in photodynamic therapy.(2)The synthetic target product M2 has a fluorescence effect on the ONOO-solution after spectral testing, the fluorescence intensity at the maximum emission wavelength is significantly reduced, and the maximum emission wavelength undergoes a blue shift, and the intensity is weakened, which indicates that the probe molecule M2 can specifically recognizes ONOO-with a detection limit of 1.2×10-3 mol/L.(3)The synthesized target product M3 shows excellent fluorescence properties in the detection of Ag+and Hg2+,and can identify Ag+and Hg2+at the same time. The detection limits are 1.9×10-4 mol/L and 2.8×10-4 mol/L,respectively,can be used for the detection of trace heavy metal ions Ag+and Hg2+in organisms, and has great potential in subsequent research and development.(4)In addition, the target products M4 and M5 were synthesized, and their fluorescence recognition properties for various ions were studied.
