In the aerospace electromechanical product assembly workshop,the environment is complex and dangerous,and the workshop personnel need to wear work clothes and safety helmets,but the workshop site lacks effective control.In view of this,this paper proposes an enhanced detection and recognition method of workshop personnel wear specification based on computer vision,and develops a monitoring system to warn of dangerous wear.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,in the aerospace initiating explosive device production workshop,the complex external environment changes lead to the problems of insufficient samples and uneven coverage.This paper proposes a progressive generative adversarial network based on coordinate attention mechanism.The main part of the network follows the progressive network structure,which effectively avoids the situation of blurred image data and insufficient pixel information and add a coordinate attention mechanism to make the key location feature information of the generated image more obvious,generate effective image data,and expand the data set.Therefore,the ability of the detection model to mine image feature information is strengthened,and the extraction and learning process of image features by the detection network is optimized.Secondly,aiming at the problem of safety wear standard detection of workshop personnel,the recognition network integrates CSPNet and Res Next50 as the backbone extraction network,by widening the horizontal network topology and reducing the amount of network parameters,the model inference speed is accelerated,the detection speed is improved,and the detection accuracy is guaranteed.Aiming at the auxiliary problems of safety helmets and work clothes,a phased detection scheme for the wearing of work clothes and safety helmets is proposed,so as to realize the intelligent detection of the wearing specifications of workshop personnel.At present,the developed workshop personnel wear specification monitoring system runs stably,and has been verified by practical application in an aerospace workshop.The experimental verification shows that the monitoring system can effectively warn the workshop personnel of the dangerous situation of wearing,realize the standardized management and control of the workshop personnel’s wearing,and reduce the safety hazard in the workshop production. |
