| In recent years,the incremental forming technology has developed rapidly in the processing and production of metal parts.The short production cycle and the complex shape of the workpiece makes this technology more conducive to promote the advantage in the research of new products.The current incremental forming technology is mainly used in sheet-metal forming aspects.This research aims to study a new type of tube forming machine,which implements incremental forming technology to process and form tube fittings.The scope of the research aims to solves the problem of limited size of processing tools,and further expands the application range of incremental forming technology in the processing and forming of tube fittings and other micro-parts.According to the process requirements of the incremental forming of the tube fittings,the incremental forming process of the tube fittings is divided,and the overall structural scheme design of the incremental forming machine is completed according to the forming characteristics of the tube fittings at each stage.The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the incremental forming process of the tube fittings,and the incremental forming process of the tube fittings is obtained.The key parameters such as the load,torque and the thinning rate of the tube required for forming verify the feasibility of the incremental forming of the tube.The various mechanisms of the tube fitting incremental forming machine are designed in detail,and the appropriate processing tool structure is designed according to the requirements of the tube fitting incremental forming process,and the strength is checked by the finite element method;the result is obtained by combining the finite element simulation of the tube fitting incremental forming process.According to the parameters of the tube fitting incremental forming machine,the stress analysis and strength check are carried out on the key parts of the tube fitting incremental forming machine,and the structural design of each part of the forming machine is improved;the appropriate processing materials are selected,and the parts are drawn and processed.The standard parts required by the incremental forming machine are selected and calculated;the modal analysis of the sliding table module is carried out by the finite element method,and the simulation is carried out to verify whether the linear sliding table module of the selected model will resonate during the working process.According to the function of the incremental forming machine and the forming requirements of the tube fittings,the scheme design of the electrical control part is completed,the selection of the control equipment and data display equipment of the forming machine is completed,and the physical assembly of the forming machine is completed. |
