| Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved unprecedented rapid development,which is not only reflected in the rapid growth of economic aggregate,but also ushered in a new layout of industrial structure through the adjustment and optimization of economic structure over the years.The report of the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee pointed out that we should improve the transformation of economic development methods,improve the construction of an innovative country,and promote more efficient,fair and sustainable economic development.It also puts forward new requirements for the upgrading of industrial structure.In the early stage of socialism,due to the national conditions at that time,labor-intensive industries once played a leading role in our economic composition,but with the development of the economy,the proportion of labor-intensive industries declined year by year,and g gradually transitioning to a non dominant position.The false eyelash processing industry is a typical labor-intensive industry,with 90% of the workload in product processing.The false eyelash processing industry in China is mainly distributed in Pingdu,Shandong Province.There are more than 5000 false eyelash production and processing units in the region,with an annual output of 120 million pairs,accounting for more than 80% of the national false eyelash market share,70% of the world share,and directly driving employment of more than 50000 people.However,with the rise of China’s labor costs and the country’s requirements for industrial transformation,new requirements have been put forward for false eyelash enterprises in Pingdu.In recent years,under the influence of Sino US trade frictions and the COVID-19,false eyelash enterprises have been pushed to the forefront.Enterprise AS is an eyelash enterprise with important influence in Pingdu region,and has multiple operation modes of OEM trade and brand development.However,due to its heavy dependence on overseas OEM business for many years,its single overseas market and various problems in its internal management,its development has stagnated or even started to shrink.This paper takes Enterprise AS as the research object,analyzes the internal financial,human,marketing and organizational environment of Enterprise AS and the external political,economic and industrial environment of Enterprise AS,uses the methods of SWOT matrix and Porter’s five forces model to formulate four strategic plans for enterprise development,and selects an SO strategic plan for Enterprise AS that is in line with its development,and then uses the STP analysis method to verify the plan more accurately,Formulate corresponding corporate strategy,business strategy and functional strategy for the two main operation modes of Enterprise AS,and finally,this paper proposes safeguard measures from three aspects of organization,resources and system,so that Enterprise AS can break through the bottleneck of development and provide a reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. |
