Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy,the foundation of the country,the instrument of rejuvenating the country and the foundation of a strong country.The introduction of lean production not only meets the diversified and personalized market demand,but also gradually promotes the U-shaped assembly line.Traditional production system modeling mainly studies the relationship between machine parameters and production system efficiency,but in a multi-machine workstation with one person,the influence of workers on production system efficiency can not be ignored.The entrance and exit of the U-shaped line are on the same side,and the workers in charge of the entrance and exit are often the same,which leads to the man-machine coupling phenomenon of the U-shaped line,and it is difficult to model the U-shaped line by traditional methods.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to consider the influence of human factors in the modeling process of U-shaped assembly line.This paper focuses on the man-machine coupling mechanism of U-shaped line,taking one-person multi-machine workstation as the research object,aiming at revealing the man-machine harmony mechanism of one-person multi-machine workstation and laying a foundation for studying the relationship between energy consumption,cost and efficiency.This paper comprehensively uses PSO-NSGA-II algorithm,Markov process,Monte Carlo simulation and computer simulation software to discuss the efficiency of one-person multi-machine workstation.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Under the condition that orders arrive at random,taking the minimum labor cost,the minimum energy consumption and the minimum maximum completion time of U-shaped line as the objective functions,the optimal staffing problem of U-shaped line considering green production is discussed,and with the help of PSO-NSGA-II algorithm,the optimal construction scheme of touring unit is obtained.(2)Aiming at the man-machine coupling mechanism of U-shaped assembly line,the concept of "virtual worker" is innovatively put forward by using Markov process and queuing theory,and one-person multi-machine workstation is decoupled by using virtual worker.The plant simulation is used to simulate,and the results are analyzed by SPSS,which verifies the reliability of the proposed decoupling model.(3)In order to explore the influence of the fluctuation of machinery and equipment processing,the efficiency and speed of workers and the fluctuation of demand on the performance of U-shaped assembly line,firstly,the three optimal objective models in the second chapter are verified,and then the sensitivity analysis is carried out from the perspectives of machine,workers and demand fluctuation,and the influence of different influencing factors on the results is compared.By using the synthesis method,the "virtual worker" is not in the corresponding machine as a fault,which verifies the accuracy of the structured modeling of U-shaped assembly line,and on this basis,puts forward reasonable suggestions to enterprise managers.
