It is important to explore an economical and easy to use ’locally sourced’ all-coral concrete configuration for island construction and the development of the marine economy.Eight groups of all-coral concrete with different limestone and mineral powder dosing ratios(2:8,3:7,4:6,5:5,6:4,7:3,8:2)were configured on the basis of a fixed 40% total cement substitution of limestone and mineral powder.By comparing the mechanical properties of limestone powder and mineral powder all-coral concrete with different dosing ratios to arrive at the optimum dosing ratio,the dynamic mechanical properties and crack extension of all-coral concrete under impact loading with different dosing ratios of limestone powder and mineral powder were investigated by combining the DIC technique,the main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Static compressive and tensile tests were carried out on all-coral concrete under different dosing ratios of limestone powder and mineral powder,and the test results showed that the all-coral concrete mixed with limestone powder and mineral powder has the characteristics of early strength.The compressive strength and tensile strength of all-coral concrete reached the maximum value when the ratio of limestone powder to mineral powder was 5:5 and 4:6 respectively.When the amount of limestone powder is increased and the amount of mineral powder is decreased,the compressive strength and tensile strength of all-coral concrete show the law of increasing first and then decreasing.(2)Dynamic tensile tests were carried out on all-coral concrete under different doses of limestone powder mineral powder.The test results showed that all-coral concrete has obvious strain rate effect,and the peak stress of all-coral concrete under different doses of limestone powder mineral powder increased with the increase of strain rate.Under the same level of strain rate,the peak stress of all-coral concrete tends to increase and then decrease with the increase of limestone powder and the decrease of mineral powder,and the stress of all-coral concrete reaches the maximum value when the ratio of limestone powder to mineral powder is 4:6.Under the same level of strain rate,the DIF value of all-coral concrete increases and then decreases with the increase of limestone powder and the decrease of mineral powder admixture.(3)The damage pattern of all-coral concrete under impact loading was analysed by combining the DIC digital scattering technique with different dosing ratios of limestone powder and mineral powder to obtain the displacement and strain fields of all-coral concrete along the Y direction(vertical rod direction)at different strain rates.The results show that with the increase of strain rate,the displacement difference and strain growth of all-coral concrete along the Y-direction also gradually increase,and with the increase of limestone powder dosing and the decrease of mineral powder dosing,the strain growth shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Figure 49 Table 11 Reference 74...
