Gypsum,as a kind of building material,has a history of thousands of years.With the trend of restriction of natural gypsum mining,the resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum has gradually become a new direction of gypsum production and application in recent years,and has been strongly supported by relevant national policies[18].In order to further expand the recycling channels of industrial by-product gypsum[18],gypsum testing equipment for feedback production is becoming increasingly important.However,the ordinary detection method takes a long time and the operation is complicated,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the detection.In view of this phenomenon,this paper designs and develops a new gypsum phase composition detection device,which is improved based on the principle of the moisture meter method,and realizes the temperature control of the equipment by using the piecewise PID algorithm and improving the algorithm.The temperature of the sample test room is kept within a small range of the set temperature.At the same time,the weighing module is used to monitor the sample quality changes in the test process in real time.The quality data obtained through software and hardware processing will be more accurate and stable.In this paper,gypsum testing status,testing principle,testing improvement scheme,testing equipment hardware and software design,testing methods and error sources are described.Compared with other existing testing equipment on the market,the developed equipment has the advantages of small size,easy to carry,shorter testing time,higher efficiency and more stable and accurate test data.
