The medical burden caused by a series of diseases related to bacterial resistance is becoming increasingly serious and needs to be addressed urgently. Therefore,in this paper, selenium nanoparticles(Se NPs),which can be effectively stimulated by pure yellow light Emitting Diode(LED)light source to enhance antibacterial, were synthesized. The excitation of visible light is more convenient in daily application, and yellow light can play the role of anti-inflammatory and promoting wound healing. In addition,in order to overcome the limitation that photodynamic therapy can only stay on the superficial surface of the wound,we coated Se NPs with polyethylenimine(PEI)and modified indocyanine green(ICG)as a sound sensitized agent on its surface through electrostatic adsorption, thus achieving the photoacoustic combined treatment of the wound. In vitro and in vivo experiments, the antibacterial efficiency of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and gram-negative Escherichia coli(E.coli)was more than 99% within 10 minutes, which could also promote wound healing.
