Performance evaluation is one of the most important ways for business managers to manage their businesses,and to a certain extent determines whether the development strategy of the business can be successfully realised,and the effectiveness of the behaviour of business managers can be judged based on the results of performance evaluation.Based on the results of the performance evaluation,we can grasp the business situation of the enterprise in time,so as to effectively guide the business decisions of the enterprise,improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise and achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Today,as China strives to promote high-quality development,it is necessary to build a performance evaluation system that meets the development needs of coal mines in order to promote the high-quality and coordinated development of state-owned coal mines.If the performance evaluation system within a coal mine does not play its true role in helping managers to identify the various problems that arise during the production and operation of the mine,it will not be able to better help the mine achieve its strategic goals.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is an important issue for coal mine managers to consider.This paper takes YHP Coal Mine as an example and examines the current situation and problems of performance management in YHP Coal Mine.Firstly,this paper discusses the research value and research background,while analysing performance evaluation theory and domestic and international literature on coal mine performance evaluation systems.Based on the analysis results,the research content and research methods of this paper are clarified.Then,the current situation of performance evaluation in YHP coal mines is studied in the context of theories related to performance management,and the main problems of the current performance evaluation in YHP coal mines are derived.The performance evaluation system is constructed according to the characteristics of state-owned coal mines,and a combination of hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting is used to evaluate the performance evaluation system of YHP coal mines using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and then recommendations are made to ensure the performance management of YHP coal mines based on the evaluation results combined with the current situation and future development needs of YHP coal mines.This paper designs a performance evaluation system based on the characteristics of YHP coal mines,which helps coal mines to recognise their strengths and weaknesses,improves the coal mine performance evaluation system,establishes a long-term evaluation mechanism,allows the coal mine leadership to take the lead in carrying out stage performance evaluation and periodic performance evaluation,clarifies and improves the future direction of coal mine production development,and improves the overall performance level.
