The continuous changes in injection mold products,the increasing variety of injection mold parts,and the increasing number of processing methods and characteristics have led to an increase in the complexity of injection molds.In the context of the widespread use of digital resource platforms,various manufacturing enterprises have accumulated a lot of injection mold part information including design and manufacturing information in the development process of the industry.How to excavate useful information from existing injection mold part information models and integrate and reuse it is an important way to reduce repetitive design,accelerate product development,and save costs for enterprises.This article focuses on the fusion and reuse of multi-dimensional information of injection molds,including feature analysis and extraction of injection molds,establishment of part information models,fusion of multi-dimensional information models,processing of fusion model information,and reuse of fusion model information.The specific research content is as follows:Multidimensional feature information representation for injection moulds.When representing multidimensional feature information of injection molds,it is necessary to first judge the feature types of injection molds and summarize the different feature classifications of each information.After classifying the information,analyzing the correlation between features facilitates subsequent correlation analysis of multidimensional information fusion models for injection molds.After completing the research on feature types,a classification method for injection mold components was studied,and it was summarized that classification should be based on the system to which injection mold components belong.Simple coding design should be carried out for feature types and feature relationships,which is convenient for future use in system database construction.A fusion method based on a combination of matching layer fusion and feature layer fusion.Prior to fusion,feature extraction and feature modelling of the injection moulded parts are first carried out.When extracting features,a feature marking method is proposed to mark important features for subsequent fusion and analysis of the fusion results.According to the feature modelling technique,various features are attached to the injection moulded part to form an information model of the injection moulded part.On the basis of the information model of the injection moulded component,a structuring analysis is conducted to analyse the similarities and differences between the models from three aspects,,and then a fusion method based on matching and feature layers is used.Firstly,the fusion layers are set up and the fusion characteristics of the various fusion layers are introduced.A combination of matching layer fusion and feature layer fusion is chosen according to the requirements of this paper.In the matching layer fusion,the matching model is introduced,then the corresponding matching fusion method is established for the identified matching model,and finally the matching fusion results are formed.In the feature layer fusion,a subspace feature fusion method based on feature markers was chosen to fuse the data and improve the accuracy of the fusion.The two fusion results that were obtained were then analyzed and manipulated to establish the final fusion result.A reuse approach for multidimensional information fusion models for injection moulding tools.Firstly,it is necessary to analyze the different needs of the production and design departments,and establish a reusable input model;Then,based on the Semantic information,the key words are captured for semantic retrieval,and the available models are preliminarily screened;Finally,based on the preliminary screening model,an improved casebased reasoning method is used to screen the model and recommend the most suitable multidimensional information fusion model for injection molds to users.Reuse system for multidimensional information fusion models for injection moulding tools.A reuse system for the multidimensional information fusion model of injection moulds is established based on the completed multidimensional information fusion model and its reuse method.The database of the system is constructed using the injection mould feature representation and the multidimensional information fusion model,and the reuse method is used to establish the retrieval method of the system.The system was then tested for its functionality and comprehensiveness.After testing,it was found that the multidimensional information fusion model of injection moulds could better utilise the digital resources of injection moulds,and that the reuse method could be used for fast retrieval and improved retrieval accuracy.
