| 3003 aluminum alloy is an Al-Mn series aluminum alloy.Due to its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,it is widely used in semi-rigid pressure vessels,aluminum foil fins and other fields.The continuous casting and rolling method has gradually become the mainstream production process of 3003 aluminum sheet and strip due to its simple equipment,short process and high efficiency.However,due to the rapid cooling rate of molten aluminum in the continuous casting and rolling process,the products produced have problems such as coarse structure and poor plasticity,which seriously limit the scope of application.In this paper,the characteristics of temperature rise of aluminum plate treated by electric pulse are studied,and the recrystallization structure and properties of CC3003 are optimized by using the heating characteristics of electric pulse treatment,and the transformation law of recrystallization texture is analyzed.The results show that the heating of the aluminum plate treated by electric pulse is mainly determined by the parameters such as equivalent current intensity,duty cycle,and frequency.The effect of the equivalent current density on the temperature rise characteristics of the aluminum sheet is the most significant,and it has a linear relationship within a certain range.When the equivalent current density increases by 1A/mm~2,the actual temperature rise increases by about 78℃.Electric pulse heat treatment can not only significantly reduce the recrystallization temperature of cold-rolled CC3003 aluminum alloy,but also significantly accelerate its recrystallization speed.Compared with conventional muffle furnace annealing,the recrystallization temperature can be reduced by about 80°C.In the electric pulse treatment mode,when the actual temperature rise reaches 240°C,the recrystallization can be completed to form a fine and uniform equiaxed grain structure,and compared with conventional annealing,it not only improves the tensile strength(115MP to 120MPa),but also greatly improves.Elongation,from 24%to 30%,increased by 1/4.The electric pulse recrystallization texture of cold-rolled CC3003 aluminum alloy conforms to the preferential growth mechanism.During the recrystallization process of electric pulse treatment(320℃),the deformation texture transforms into a transition texture<110>x-Cubic,and then recrystallization<100>Cube texture transformation.At the same temperature,the recrystallization of conventional muffle furnace annealing is dominated by deformed Goss texture,while the recrystallization texture of conventional muffle furnace annealing at a higher temperature of 420°C is dominated by P texture.During the recrystallization process of cold-rolled CC3003 alloy treated with electric pulse,it is a typical continuous recrystallization behavior,and the second phase particles have no obvious inhibitory effect on the nucleation and growth of recrystallization,which leads to the gradual transformation of rolling texture to Cube texture.Without forming obvious P-type texture. |
