With the attention of human beings to the living environment,China has set the goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality" in 2020.With the establishment of the goals,China’s demand for the use of clean energy has become increasingly prominent.Wind energy is a clean energy source,and its development scale has been continuously expanding in recent years,and its technology has become increasingly mature.Wind turbine blades are an important component of wind power generation and require pre-treatment.However,many pre-treatment processes currently rely on manual labor,with low automation and a lack of relevant professional equipment.In this thesis,aiming at the coating link in the pretreatment process of wind turbine blades,an automatic spraying machine for wind turbine blades is designed to realize the automatic spraying process of wind turbine blades and improve the degree of automation in this field.Firstly,on the basis of investigating the blade coating process at home and abroad,the high-pressure airless spraying scheme was determined to realize the blade coating process.Secondly,relying on the wind turbine blade automatic grinding machine platform developed by the practice enterprise,the wind turbine blade automatic spraying machine is designed.The machine consists of a chassis part,a robotic arm part and a painting part.The chassis part can realize the walking function of the unit and move the unit to the desired working position;The robotic arm part can make the unit move along the blade surface to realize the contouring movement of the nozzle along the blade surface;The spraying part realizes the blade coating process by conveying,stirring and high-pressure airless spraying.The structure and parts of the spraying part are designed and selected,and the control system of the spraying part is designed according to the needs of each process,which can realize the function that the automatic spraying machine of wind turbine blades can automatically spray and move along the curved surface of the blades through remote control.ANSYS Fluent was used to simulate the spray effect and verify the feasibility of the design.Finally,through experimental research,the factors such as nozzle model,moving speed,spraying distance,and number of nozzles were experimentally analyzed to determine the influence of different parameters on the spraying effect.Through the design and experimental research of the automatic spraying machine for wind turbine blades,the automation of the spraying process has been preliminarily completed,providing reference for engineering applications.
