Research On The Problems Of Ecological Construction In Yulin City

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that nature is,to a certain extent,the basis for the development of human groups.Respecting the laws of nature,conforming to the trend of The Times,and protecting the natural ecological environment are the internal needs of the construction of a modern socialist country,which must be firmly established and put into practice.The ecological environment is an important part of the harmonious coexistence of mountains and rivers and between man and nature.It is deeply embedded in the concept of development to achieve the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Accelerating the building of a beautiful C~Ihina and promoting high-quality development at a deeper level is an important goal of the current ecological civilization construction.To consolidate the ecological background of high-quality development is to meet the pursuit of people of all ethnic groups for a better life,and is the inevitable result of common prosperity for people of all ethnic groups.Institutional and mechanism innovation of ecological civilization is an important part of ecological civilization construction.Institutional and mechanism innovation is beneficial to the institutional environment created by ecological civilization construction,and can also create institutional dividends for industries or industries that meet the concept standards of ecological civilization and achieve rapid development.Yulin is located in the north of Shaanxi Province,bordering the Loess Plateau and the Inner Mongolia Plateau.Yulin City as the national new energy demonstration city,the national environmental governance and development model city,rich in resources,can be called the"pearl in the jam".Shenfu Coal field,one of the world’s seven largest coal fields with the richest resources,takes heavy industry as the main industrial economic pillar.In this borderland of loess plateau and Mu Us Desert,Yulin City is faced with a series of ecological problems in the process of promoting ecological construction.How to adjust the ecological city efficiently,make people live in harmony with nature,and make the green water and mountains stretch continuously in the Jinshan and Silver Mountains,so as to protect our beautiful environment and future.By studying the measures and relevant policies of ecological development in Yulin City,and on the basis of investigation and evaluation of the development of ecological city in Yulin City,the paper finds out the bottlenecks and difficulties facing the development of ecological city in Yulin City,and provides suggestions with great reference value for the ecological development of Yulin City,in order to accelerate the ecological development of Yulin city.Through the analysis,it is found that Yulin’s ecological construction is mainly characterized by lagging ecological planning,unclear rights and responsibilities between departments,unreasonable industrial structure,dominant role of industry,weak comprehensive environmental control ability,inadequate supervision and inspection,weak ecological awareness,and insufficient public participation.It is found that the main reasons that hinder Yulin ecological construction are the lack of awareness of the whole people,the weak position of ecological construction,the energy industry leading the whole industrial structure,and the reform of ecological constitution mechanism.In order to solve the problem in essence,this paper focuses on the analysis of governance system and mechanism,ecological planning,industrial structure and ecological will,and puts forward the road of ecological governance that promotes the ecological construction of Yulin with government guidance and multiple co-governance,so as to promote the ecological construction goal of sustainable development of Yulin City.
