Goji fruit(Lycium barbarum L.)is an important medicinal plant resource in China,which is rich in many kinds of nutrients.The nutrients in goji fruit are lost with water during the drying process.The fresh goji fruit is favored by consumers because of its unique sweet taste.However,goji fruit belong to the berry category and are perishable by traditional storage methods.Goji fruit is easily broken due to vibration during transportation,thus losing its sales value.In order to solve the above problems,a safe,non-polluting and efficient storage method of goji fresh fruit and a new fresh-keeping box for storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables were studied.(1)In this paper,1-MCP fumigation combined with different high concentrations(20%、50%、80%)of CO2treatment for 30 min was used to treat goji(Ningqi 9)fresh fruit.By storing in an environment of 0±1℃and humidity of 93%±3%for 30 days,some quality indexes and related enzyme activities were analyzed.Increased LOX(lipoxygenase)activity,MDA(malondialdehyde)accumulation of cell membranes,increased POD(peroxidase),CAT(catalase),APX(ascorbate peroxidase),PAL(Phenylalanine ammonia lyase)and other enzymes,the optimal treatment group was the 80%CO2treatment group,which provided a theoretical basis for prolonging the storage period of goji fresh fruits in summer.(2)The same combined technology was used to treat the fresh goji(Ningqi 7)fruit,and stored in the same storage environment for 15 days.After analyzing the data indicators,it was concluded that 50%and 80%CO2treat could effectively inhibit the respiration intensity and reduce the fruit weight loss.20%CO2treatment can effectively delay and protect cell membrane damage.Then comprehensive analysis,the storage quality of goji(autumn)fruits after 50%CO2treatment was the best.This provides a theoretical basis for prolonging the storage time of goji(autumn)fruit in the production and processing of corresponding products.(3)In view of the difficulty of transporting fresh goji fruit,a storage and transportation fresh-keeping box of"control atmosphere+anti-fog+anti-vibration+low temperature"has been developed.Under normal temperature conditions,it is 8-10°C lower than the average temperature of the foam transport box within 72 hours,and can automatically complete the 80%CO2treatment for 30 min in the box.The shock-absorbing design provides a comfortable storage and transportation environment for fresh goji fruit,reduces storage and transportation losses,and improves the economic benefits of fresh fruit.(4)After the green vegetables were stored in the storage and transportation box for 72hours,the green vegetables could basically maintain the quality characteristics before storage,and the storage and transportation box had certain utilization value.
