| With the proposal of the concept of "industry 4.0" and the rapid development of computer technology,artificial intelligence and Internet technology,the automatic production technology of China’s iron and steel industry will also usher in the comprehensive production line upgrading and transformation in order to improve the steel production capacity and quality.Among them,the layout and implementation of unmanned intelligent factories have begun in iron and steel enterprises,and the intelligent and efficient adjustment of billet identification monitoring system is also imminent.How to improve the intelligent function and identification effect of monitoring system is a technical problem that needs to be broken through in billet identification industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a set of automatic billet identification monitoring system with high data management,high identification accuracy and speed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Identify the working principle of the equipment in the workshop,and put forward the working principle of the equipment in the workshop,and put forward the solution to the stability of the equipment.The functional modules such as equipment motion module,vision module,network module and communication module are analyzed,and the billet monitoring system is designed as an important parameter.2.Combined with the billet identification hardware equipment and the working environment of the production workshop,formulate the functional framework,communication scheme,user interface,data information processing and other basic schemes of the monitoring system,and determine the software.Combined with the configuration software Win CC and visual studio,jointly develop the billet identification monitoring system.3.According to the production scheduling requirements of the enterprise MES system,the Oracle database is used as the data carrier for data information exchange,so as to obtain the latest production information at any time and automatically carry out the billet identification function,and feed back the equipment work process and completion degree to MES in real time,so as to realize the real intelligent production.4.Combined with the cooperative work of the vision module and the motion module,the collected billet section data information is processed by using the fitting algorithm.In the case of data interference,the influence of the interference data on the center position information is greatly reduced,and the marking accuracy of the marking equipment is improved. |
