Laser,as a mature technology,is widely used in various industries.Through laser processing technology can realize the processing of metal and non-metal,and can be in specific materials and conditions,by changing the characteristics of the metal surface,the phenomenon of different colors,at the same time,the oxide film formed on the metal surface can improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the material.And stainless steel,as a metal material with strong corrosion resistance and can produce color changes at high temperature,will undoubtedly become the focus of today’s social research.In recent years,the surface treatment of stainless steel technology has not changed too much,still used in the traditional process.In this paper,304 stainless steel surface modification was induced by nanosecond pulse laser to explore the surface coloring process of stainless steel samples,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of colored samples.This paper will be in the original coloring process based on the introduction of multi-axis CNC platform for improvement.According to the current market demand of stainless steel,the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of its surface after coloring were studied and analyzed by controlling the single variable of laser parameters.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the introduction of multi-axis NC platform to improve the traditional laser coloring process,according to the control of the single variable method,and the success of the preparation of the "black,yellow,gray,dark red and other colors,and compared with the traditional process,the sample color area stability got improved significantly,finally through the multi-axis nc programming platform,realize color pixel graph drawing;(2)The influence of laser process parameters on the wear resistance of the sample surface after coloring was studied.CIEL* A * B color spatial data were collected after each wear,and the color difference of the colored samples was analyzed.The wear resistance of the samples was indirectly evaluated by the color difference change.Research shows that different laser process parameters on the wear resistance of the samples have different degrees of influence,all the samples with the same color in the color space of the picture,the development trend of and with traditional spraying process color samples after wearing the color contrast,it is concluded that the sample color after abrasion resistance was increased significantly;(3)Through electrochemical experiments,the influence of laser process parameters on the corrosion resistance of sample surface after coloring was studied.Tafel curve data were collected and corrosion properties were analyzed through current density,corrosion speed,corrosion potential and other data.Finally,changes in different process parameters changed the corrosion resistance of samples.The corrosion resistance of laser-induced stainless steel surface coloring samples was significantly improved by comparing with those of colored samples.
