| Nitroaromatic compounds(NACs)are compounds in which at least on hydrogen in benzene ring is substituted by a nitro group,are widely used in the production of pesticides,explosives,pharmaceutical synthesis intermediates and dyes.However,they have toxic effects on humans,plants and animals even at low concentration.Thus,it is an important and pressing task to develop efficient and simple analytical methods for detecting NACs in environmental samples.Electroanalytical technique has become a promising method on account of its high sensitivity,low cost and short detection time.In electrochemical sensor,the electrode surfaces can be modified with functional materials resulting in a wide range of electroanalysis applications.Combining the excellent supramolecular recognition ability of macrocyclic compounds and the good electrical conductivity of macroporous carbon(MPC),this work used different macrocyclic compounds functionalize MPC to construct electrochemical sensors for the detection of NACs.1.Triazine bridged covalent organic polycalix[4]arenes(Cal COP)was synthesized,and then functionalized macroporous carbon(MPC)through non-covalent interaction to obtain Cal COP-MPC hybrid.The obtained hybrid was characterized by SEM,TEM,FTIR,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and electrochemical measurements.And then,an electrochemical sensor was fabricated by glassy carbon electrode(GCE)modified with Cal COP-MPC hybride.NPs were determined under the optimal detection conditions,showing relatively low detection limit and high sensitivity.Finally,the sensor was used for the detection of real samples in tap water and lake water,and a good recovery rate was obtained,which is expected to be used for the detection of NPs in real life.2.An electrochemical sensor based on 2,4,6-Trichloro-1,3,5-Triazine covalent β-cyclodextrin polymers functionalized macroporous carbon(MPC-β-CDTCT)was fabricated and used for simultaneous detection of NPs.First,MPC-β-CDTCT hybrid was successfully synthesized.Subsequently,an GCE was modified with the hybrid and NPs were simultaneously detected by DPV method under the optimal conditions,which showed excellent detection effect and was expected to be used for the determination of NPs.3.A triazine bridged calix[4]arene-β-cyclodextrin polymer(C[4]XBCDTCT)was prepared,and it was coupled with MPC to prepare MPC-C[4]XBCDTCT.The hybrid was modified to GCE to detect NACs.Combined with multiple linear regression(MLR),nine kinds of NACs were detected simultaneously. |
