Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)is a high-energy density nitroamine based elemental explosive,but it is rarely used in the field of laser ignition and detonation,mainly because nitramine explosives can hardly absorb light in the near infrared band.To expand the application range of CL-20 and improve the power of laser ignition system.In this paper,four kinds of photosensitive metals,aluminum(Al),nickel(Ni),titanium(Ti),zirconium(Zr)and carbon nano-material graphene oxide(GO),were selected to doped CL-20,and three kinds of CL-20-based composite photosensitive materials were prepared.The self-built laser ignition test system is used to test the ignition of composite materials,select the best addition ratio,and conduct the performance tests of light absorption and thermal decomposition of the selected formula,providing data support for the future application of CL-20-based composite photosensitive materials.The main research contents and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)Four kinds of CL-20 matrix composite metal materials were prepared by ultrasonic solvent suspension method.Five parts of each material were prepared according to the metal content of 0.1%,0.5%,1%,2%and 5%.The best ignition formula was selected and tested.The results show that the optimum addition ratio of Al,Ni,Ti and Zr is 0.5%,1%,2%and 2%.The ignition delay time(t1)of formula CL-20/2%Ti under 808 and 1070 nm laser is 277 μs and 134 μs respectively,which is the best ignition formula of CL-20 matrix composite metal material.According to the analysis of optical absorption test,the formula CL-20/2%Ti has the highest optical absorption at the commonly used wavelength band(800-1100 nm),with a light absorption above 0.7.Due to the formation of localized surface plasmons by Al and Ni,the formula CL-20/0.5%Al and CL-20/1%Ni have new absorption peaks at 840 nm and 439 nm,respectively.(2)CL-20 composite GO material was prepared by ultrasonic solvent suspension method.Four parts were prepared by adding 0.5%,1%,2%and 5%of GO.The best ignition formula was selected and tested.The results show that the raw material GO has two layers,the total content of oxygen-containing functional groups is 47.14%,and the size and dispersion are good.Among them,the t1 of CL-20/0.5%GO is 630 μs and 515 μs respectively under 808 and 1070 nm lasers,which is the best ignition formula of CL-20 based composite GO material.The absorbance of the best formula in common wave band is 0.14-0.17.TG-DSC test showed that the heat of decomposition reaction after adding GO was 2131 J/g,and the energy release was more sufficient.The thermal decomposition reaction of GO was carried out at about 262.70℃.(3)According to the determined optimum addition ratio,CL-20/0.5%Al/0.5%GO,CL-20/1%Ni/0.5%GO,CL-20/2%Ti/0.5%GO,CL-20/2%Zr/0.5%GO ternary composites were prepared by ultrasonic solvent suspension method.The best ignition formula was screened and tested.The results show that the t1 of the ternary composite material is larger than that of the binary composite metal material,and the t1 of the formula CL-20/0.5%Al/0.5%GO is 355 μs and 810 μs respectively under 808 and 1070 nm lasers,which is the best ignition formula of the ternary composite material.Due to the promotion effect of GO on the local surface plasmons of two metal particles,the addition of GO has a positive adjustment effect on the absorbance of CL-20 based composite Al material and CL-20 based composite Ni material.In the light absorption test and analysis,the shape of the light absorption curve of the ternary composite formula and the binary composite metal formula is consistent,indicating that the light absorption characteristics of the ternary composite formula mainly depend on the metal.TGDSC test showed that the decomposition peak temperature decreased by 0.9℃ and the decomposition reaction heat was 2191 J/g after adding Al/GO.The thermal decomposition of ternary composites was more thorough than that of binary composites.
