Synthesis Of Azoles And [1,2,4] Triazine-Containing Compounds | | Posted on:2024-02-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y L Yin | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2531307058953339 | Subject:Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The azoles and [1,2,4]triazines obtained by the ring-off reaction of azole substrates with amino groups and active hydrogen using the potassium salt of nitroacetonitrile have a staggered amino-nitro structure,which have a large number of intramolecular/extramolecular hydrogen bonds and good planarity,with good stability and bursting properties.In this paper,a number of high energy passivated pyrazoles with amino groups were synthesized as substrates to obtain compounds,and characterised their structures and properties.The paper is divided into two main parts as follows:(1)A series of pyrazolotriazine-containing new molecules and salts derived from them,were synthesised using 3,4-dicyano-5-aminopyrazole as a substrate and the structures of the above compounds were characterised using the potassium salt of nitroacetonitrile.The starting decomposition temperatures of these compounds were determined to be in the range of 290-307 °C by TG-DSC tests.The densities of the above compounds were tested by vacuum densitometry in the range of 1.83-1.88 g/cm3,and the standard enthalpies of production of each compound were calculated based on density and thermal decomposition temperature in the range of 597-934.8 k J/mol,and the bursting properties of compounds were predicted by EXPLO5.(2)The structures of a series of pyrazolotriazine-containing new molecules and the metal salts derived from them were synthesised using the potassium salt of nitroacetonitrile with 3-amino-4-cyanopyrazole as the substrate.The initial decomposition temperatures of compounds were determined to be in the range of 215-355 °C by TG-DSC testing.The densities of the above compounds were measured by vacuum densitometry to be in the range of 1.77-1.89 g/cm3.The standard enthalpies of production of each compound were calculated to be in the range of300.3-634.8 k J/mol based on density and thermal decomposition temperature,and the bursting properties of compounds were predicted by EXPLO5. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | azoles and [1,2,4] triazine, potassium nitroacetonitrile, heat resistant explosives, high energy blunts | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
