Coal,as the main energy source in China,has long been the basis and driving force for the modernization process in China.In recent years,due to the implementation of policies such as economic restructuring,clean energy and double carbon economy,the development of coal industry has been greatly affected,and the competition among large coal mining enterprises is increasingly focused on the internal management of enterprises.However,under the traditional rough management mode of China’s coal industry,the current management mode of supply logistics in the coal production logistics system of large coal mining enterprises not only causes great waste of resources,but also low management efficiency,and many links in the supply logistics,including storage,loading and unloading,accumulation,transportation and forwarding,have high costs.In the context of digital transformation,facing the above problems of large coal mining enterprises,this paper intends to study the internal supply logistics of coal mining enterprises from lean logistics management and explore the efficient distribution mode of production materials,the specific research contents and results are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of coal mine production material distribution mode,for its material management confusion,untimely distribution and low level of information management,based on the analysis of distribution mode design principles,according to the current situation of coal mines,the intelligent distribution mode architecture design is carried out from four aspects: objectives-core business-operation links-management methods,and the optimization and integration of multiple logistics management systems,eliminating the complexity and simplifying,eliminating Information silos are eliminated and information is shared efficiently.Secondly,starting from the research of intelligent storage planning in the front-end link of efficient distribution,based on the relevant storage strategies and allocation principles of cargo space allocation,the optimization model of cargo space allocation in the cargo-to-person mode is constructed based on the clustering basis considering the objectives such as the outbound frequency of production materials and shelf stability,and the model is solved based on the K-centroid clustering algorithm(K-medoids)and the genetic algorithm of non-dominated sorting with elite strategy(The model is solved based on K-medoids and Multi-Objective Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II(MONSGA-II),and the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution algorithm are verified through simulation experiments.Thirdly,in order to guarantee the agility of distribution mode,a multi-objective mixed integer planning downhole transfer center location model considering time and cost is constructed based on the theory and method of logistics center location,and on the basis of the original sparrow search algorithm,Iterative chaotic mapping and information sharing search strategy are introduced to propose an improved sparrow search algorithm(Information Sharing Iterative Sparrow search algorithm(ISIASSA)is applied to solve the model.Finally,taking Northwest Mining Zhengtong Coal Company as the research object,the designed distribution model and the constructed mathematical model are applied to study,and the cargo space allocation scheme and the site-selected distribution scheme are obtained,and the material distribution efficiency is improved by 40%.The research results verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm on the one hand,and provide theoretical and decision-making references for the supply logistics management of related coal mining enterprises on the other hand.
