| This paper with bamboo,PBAT,and PP as raw materials for composite film preparation,through the preparation of cellulose,as the application of cellulose straw,modified cellulose,and PBAT and PP,reduce the use of traditional petroleum-based plastics,prepare biodegradable composite film,can be widely used in packaging,alleviate environmental pollution and other problems.An adhesive-free cellulose hybrid straw prepared from micro-nano mixed cellulose is designed to use performance and cost bamboo powder to become a cost-effective alternative to currently degradable but expensive straws(such as polylactic acid straws).Cellulose nanofibers are prepared using a top-down chemical-mechanical method of cellulose microfibers.To make the straw,the cellulose microfiber-containing aqueous slurry and the cellulose nanofiber suspension were fully hybridized to prepare the wet membranes.The wet film was rolled on a plastic straw and then dried at room temperature to obtain the straw.The results show that cellulose micro-nano hybrid straws have better mechanical properties,high bending flexibility,sufficient water stability,and no degradability.At the same time,to increase the interface adhesion between cellulose and PBAT,we used-(2,3-epoxy epoxy)propyl trimethylsilane(KH560)as a reaction expansion agent to modify cellulose.A series of K-Cellulose/PBAT(KH560-cellulose / PBAT)composites were prepared by extrusion and blowing.The morphology and structure of cellulose were determined by scanning electron microscope,x-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer(FTIR);the thermal analysis of the composite film showed that the thermal stability of the cellulose in silane increases.In addition,the barrier properties of the films were measured by WVP and OP.Finally,PP(polypropylene)and PBAT(terephthalate)as the base materials were made by melting and mixing,and then blown into a film.By changing the ratio of PP and PBAT,PBAT/PP composite membranes with different mass ratios were prepared and studied for their properties.SEM and IR found that PP and PBAT are two-phase structures with the incompatible interface;with the increase of PBAT mass fraction,the tensile strength of the composite membrane decreases first and then rises again,the fracture elongation decreases first and then rises,and the mechanical properties of the composite membrane containing30%PBAT are best.On the basis of the optimal performance ratio,different contents of cellulose and silanlated cellulose were added to study the effects of different contents of cellulose and modified cellulose(K-Celluose)on the mechanical properties and oxygen,humidity and light transmission of the film.The results showed that the tensile strength of the composite film achieved the best effect when the modified cellulose content is 0.6%(mass fraction,the same below),which is 17.4% higher than the pure PBAT / PP film and 8.4% higher than the Cellulose / PBAT / PP film without modified cellulose.The resistance performance of the K-Celluose / PBAT / PP composite film is better than the unmodified cellulose composite film. |
