Research On Technological Performance Of Pulp Materials

The use of pulp materials has a long history in China.People value its practicality.In the past,it was mainly used as a recording medium based on the development of papermaking culture.After the 1870 s,foreign countries combined pulp materials with artistic creation,which received a good response.Compared with the practical application in our country,foreign countries focus on its artistry,which makes this historical material gain new life in art works.As a product of social,historical and cultural accumulation,pulp has become a kind of material for artistic creation,applied in modern creative works,and a kind of means and material language for artistic creation.Although in China,the application of pulp materials in artistic creation is still in the development stage,at present,colleges and universities also have special courses on pulp technology.Based on this background,this topic starts from the technological performance of pulp materials,carries out experimental research on it,and carries out exploratory research and Practice for the application of pulp material technology in creation.The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which briefly describes the research background of pulp materials and the research status at home and abroad by using the research methods of literature review and case research,and establishes the goal and foundation for the topic selection in combination with the research purpose and significance;In the second chapter,through the research on the origin and material characteristics of pulp materials,the properties of pulp materials are introduced,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the later exploration of pulp material technology;The third chapter is the exploration of the process performance of pulp materials.It studies the process performance characteristics of pulp materials and the different process techniques of pulp materials from plane to three-dimensional and then to space,which reflects the possibility of the process performance of pulp materials;Based on the process exploration in the third chapter,it leads to the practice of the process of pulp materials in the fourth chapter.The creative practice reflects the previous research on the material characteristics and process performance of pulp.The last chapter is the conclusion and outlook,which summarizes the results and significance of this topic.As a kind of creative material,combined with the performance of stone texture in the white crane beam inscription,this paper uses the characteristics and manufacturing technology of pulp materials,and selects different processing methods and different raw material ratios to explore different stone carving texture effects.At the initial stage of the experimental exploration,staged experiments were carried out.After repeated attempts,the material characteristics and process potential of the pulp were deeply explored,and the unique pulp language and process performance characteristics were formed.The exploration and practice of pulp material technology in stone texture has changed the application way of traditional pulp technology,expanded the combination method of pulp material and artistic creation,and expanded the scope and form of pulp creation.
