Concrete is the most important building material in the civil engineering industry, and its compressive strength will directly determine the safety performance of the structure and the normal use of the building. Therefore, the strict control of the inspection of concrete compressive strength has become an indispensable and most important link in the management of the construction industry. The testing of the compressive strength of on-site concrete in existing buildings is an important means of testing today. In this paper, two new detection technologies in the compressive strength of concrete are used, namely the comprehensive method of in-situ shear method and in-situ drawing method-shear drawing comprehensive method. This method is to use in-situ shear instrument and drawing instrument to detect the strength by drilling a small core sample with a diameter of 44 mm of concrete, and then use the comprehensive strength of shear and drawing to infer the compressive strength of concrete. The comprehensive shear drawing method test and the actual engineering verification test of concrete cube test block in the laboratory were compared to explore the correlation between the comprehensive strength of concrete shear drawing and compressive strength, and calculate the compressive strength curve of concrete according to the shear strength and tensile strength of small core samples, and evaluate the compressive strength of concrete commonly used in this region. The main research content of this paper is as follows: according to the common mix ratio of local commercial concrete batching plants, multiple groups of concrete cube test blocks are made, and then the comprehensive test of in-situ shear,in-situ pulling and in-situ shear pulling is carried out considering a variety of strength grades and various age conditions, and then the compressive strength test of the test block is carried out,the respective test data are collected for induction, and the mathematical model regression analysis of in-situ shear strength,in-situ drawing strength and concrete compressive strength is carried out,and the best regression parameters of the curve are obtained by comprehensive consideration. Finally, the error analysis is carried out.According to the test results in the early stage of this paper, the established in-situ shear drawing-compressive strength strength measurement curve was tested, and the core drilling-in-situ shear drawing was carried out in connection with the local commercial concrete batching plant or the actual engineering forming building, and finally the intensity measurement curve obtained in this paper was used for inspection and error analysis. The results show that the shear-drawing comprehensive method is used to infer the compressive strength of concrete by concrete shear strength and tensile strength, and the results show that the shear-drawing comprehensive method has less relative error and better correlation than the single in-situ shear method and in-situ drawing method. The experimental data were compared and analyzed by regression, and the intensity curve with significant detection advantage could be obtained from the data observation. |
