This paper focuses on the design and research of the industrial modeling of post-dyeing washing machine.Through the analysis and research of well-known dyeing and finishing equipment and manufacturers at home and abroad,the general modeling characteristics and existing problems of the current mainstream post-dyeing washing machine are summarized,and this is the starting point.Using the CRD design strategy of innovation point in this topic and the related theory of product image recognition,the series of equipment of dyeing and finishing enterprises are improved,so as to enhance the correlation between the equipment,and achieve the role of unified image recognition of enterprise equipment.This paper describes the transition and evolution process of brand concept and brand recognition,and illustrates the design method of corporate image recognition and mechanical equipment integration.Through the design practice of washing machine after dyeing,it is concluded that the design strategy based on enterprise culture and CRD is an effective method of innovative design.First of all,the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign well-known dyeing and finishing equipment for its advantage points and pain points of the summary,and analysis of theoretical research status at home and abroad,found in the field of dyeing and finishing industry design lack of compatibility between the internal equipment related theory research,and introduces the relevant theories of brand image recognition,provide reference for design practice.Secondly,the concept of product and the image vocabulary of target equipment is derived by analyzing the connotation of competitive products and enterprise culture.And through the image vocabulary and enterprise VI logo,product color,corporate culture and other related elements to build the target device image recognition elements.Finally,starting from the design needs of enterprises,combined with the actual problems of the field environment,processing process cost,easy maintenance and so on,Combined with the design of color,font,VI logo and other elements of the final enterprise image of the dyeing washing machine after the overall design scheme. |
