Compression stockings are also called medical compression stockings or elastic stockings.At present,they basically adopt a progressive segmented design.The pressure is gradually reduced from the ankle.It can effectively promote the return of blood from the veins of the lower limbs to the heart,preventing and treating varicose veins,thrombosis and other diseases.The pressure test of compression stockings has always been a difficult point in the study of the mechanical comfort of clothing.Through the research literature in this field,it is found that the medical compression stocking test equipment used now has many problems,such as the test device is too large and the cost is too high.The test accuracy is low,the operation is inconvenient,it is difficult to improve different test models,etc.,and it is difficult to achieve standard measurements.Therefore,this subject researched and developed a medical compression stocking test instrument for the airbag flexible pressure sensor.First of all,based on the theory of gas transmission,an innovative design of an airbag flexible pressure sensor,through the finite element simulation of the airbag inflation process,finds the motion law of the airbag inflation process,and then simulates PA610,PA6 based on this motion law,PC,PE,PVC,rubber materials in the inflation process,through the analysis of stress and strain curves to find the optimal solution for preparing the base material of the airbag flexible pressure sensor is PVC material.Secondly,according to the mechanical transmission principle,the working principle and testing principle of the designed sensor are analyzed.According to the simulation results,the PVC airbag flexible pressure sensor entity is prepared by using PVC material through a screen printing process and a six-step preparation process.Then,integrated the pressure,temperature,and humidity related to compression stockings to develop and assemble a multi-functional clothing pressure testing system suitable for the sensor,and use Lab View software to program its equipment so that the instrument can collect and save data.Preliminary tests are conducted through medical compression stockings,and actual tests verify that the test system and sensor work well,indicating that the sensor’s preparation and development and the development of the test system have: good repeatability,high measurement accuracy,easy preparation and installation,convenient testing,Advantages such as affordable prices.At the same time,the pressure of compression stockings is predicted through the Laplace equation,and compared with the developed clothing pressure comfort test system to verify the accuracy of the test.The results show that the test method is accurate.Therefore,the clothing testing system composed of the PVC airbag flexible pressure sensor and the clothing pressure testing platform in this subject provides a new testing method and instrument for the clothing pressure field.It can solve the problems of high cost and complicated process of clothing stress testing in the past.It further simplifies the testing process of compression stockings and reduces the testing cost.It also provides a reference for clothing stress research.
