In view of the environmental pollution caused by the extensive use of reactive dyes in the printing and dyeing industry, the MOF material Ui O-66,which had extremely strong stability in water, were loaded on modified cotton fabric as an adsorbent to remove reactive dyes in colored wastewater. In this article,Ui O-66 and Ui O-66 modified cotton fabrics were prepared by one-bath method and in-situ synthesis method, and their apparent morphology and structure were analyzed by XRD,SEM,BET,XPS,nano-particle size and Zeta potential analysis. The influence of Ui O-66 and Ui O-66 modified cotton fabric on the adsorption performance of reactive dyes was explored by studying factors such as time, dye concentration, temperature,p H value and adsorbent quality.By simulating the adsorption kinetics, thermodynamics and isotherms, the adsorption model between the adsorbent and the reactive dye was constructed, and the adsorption mechanism was further analyzed. The research results show that:Ui O-66 crystals with an octahedral shape had been successfully synthesized by the one-bath method, with a specific surface area of1545m~2/g and a pore size of 1.724nm.The kinetic study showed that the adsorption equilibrium time of Ui O-66 on activated orange 16(RO 6)was 60min,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 118.7mg/g,which conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model, indicated that the adsorption process was a single molecule layer chemical adsorption, thermodynamic data showed that the adsorption reaction was an endothermic reaction that proceeds spontaneously.Ui O-66 modified cotton fabric was successfully prepared by in-situ growth method. The kinetic experiment results showed that the adsorption equilibrium time of Ui O-66modified cotton fabric to reactive orange 16(RO 16)was 120 minutes, and the removal rate reaches 98%.Similar to Ui O-66,the adsorption processed endothermic monolayer chemical adsorption. In addition, through different reactive dyes,it was confirmed that the difference in the number of water-soluble groups affected the adsorption effect of the dye.Reactive dyes with a large molecular weight per sulfonic acid group had strong hydrophobic effects, and the dyes were more likely to aggregate and deposit on the surface of the adsorbent through electrostatic attraction, hydrogen bonding,andπ-πstacking.Therefore,Ui O-66 and Ui O-66 modified cotton fabrics had their performance a better adsorption effect.
