| Combining with ceramic carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites can theoretically give full play to the excellent compressive properties of ceramic materials and the characteristics of high specific stiffness and high specific strength of carbon fiber,and it has a very good development prospect in the field of light and high strength pressure resistant materials.In this paper,Ceramic Matrix Composites(CMC)and Carbon Fibre-reinforced Polymer(CFRP)are the research objects,The performance optimization of resin matrix of composite material,preform of carbon fiber fabric and its interface with ceramics were studied.Single lap samples of CFRP and CMC were prepared by three-dimensional fabric,resin model transfer and bonding.Firstly,TiO2@5284 epoxy resin was prepared by solution blending method,and the influence of adding TiO2particles on the properties of 5284 epoxy resin was analyzed.The results show that adding nano TiO2particles improves the wettability between carbon fiber and resin.At the same time,the mechanical properties of CFRP modified by nano-TiO2were also studied.The results showed that,The compressive strength,bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composites have been improved to varying degrees.Secondly,CuO@carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric was prepared by electro-chemical oxidation and thermal decomposition,and the microstructure,chemical composition,wettability and tensile properties of carbon fibers in CuO@carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric after treatment were analyzed.The results showed that the treated carbon fiber introduced active groups on the surface,the crystal structure of the fiber changed,and the wettability with resin improved obviously.However,the tensile strength and modulus of treated carbon fiber decreased to some extent,and the fiber was damaged to some extent.At the same time,the properties of CFRP modified by nano CuO are also studied.Mechanical properties were studied,and the results showed that the compressive strength,bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composite decreased greatly,only the fracture toughness was significantly enhanced.The actual modification effect is obviously different from the theoretical value.However,by comparing the changes of wettability and tensile properties of carbon fibers in CuO@carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric before and after treatment,It shows that the modification scheme of carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric preform is feasible.In the future,it is necessary to avoid repeated treatment of carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric and reduce the damage of fiber during treatment,which provides reference value for subsequent researchers.Finally,MWCNTs particles were uniformly dispersed into epoxy adhesive by stirring method and ultrasonic dispersion method,and the single lap sample of CFRP and CMC was prepared.The effects of MWCNTs content and adhesive layer thickness on the strength of single lap joint and the changes of adhesive properties after modification were analyzed.The results showed that adding MWCNTs could improve the shear strength of adhesive joint.However,the shear strength of bonded joints decreases with the increase of adhesive layer thickness.At the same time,the addition of MWCNTs does not affect the curing temperature of epoxy adhesive,but can improve the curing reaction rate and the thermal stability of the adhesive. |
