| The wastewater treatment process is a highly complex nonlinear process,the detection of effluent quality parameters is difficult to achieve real-time,and the actual production process has serious energy loss.In view of the above problems,the paper introduces the intelligent algorithm optimization strategy to predict the key water quality parameters,reduce the operation energy consumption and ensure the effluent quality while completing the control system development of a sewage treatment plant in Ganzhou.In order to solve the lagging problem of water quality detection,this paper takes the important parameters of inlet water quality as characteristic variables,and predicts the total nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand of outlet water by support vector regression(SVR).The penalty term and kernel parameter of SVR were optimized by improved firefly algorithm(GNFA),the effluent water quality prediction model was established based on the GNFA-SVR algorithm.Simulation results show that compared with FA-SVR and LFA-SVR prediction models,GNFA-SVR prediction model accelerates the convergence speed of parameter optimization and improves the prediction accuracy of effluent water quality.In order to balance the relationship between effluent quality and energy consumption,multi-objective optimization algorithm was proposed to optimize the control.As the classical NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm is prone to premature convergence and not good at global optimization,so the paper optimizes the crossover operator for the purpose of improving the NSGA-II algorithm.The improved NSGA-II algorithm took energy consumption and effluent quality as the optimization objectives,and the set values of dissolved oxygen concentration(DO)and nitrate nitrogen concentration(NO)as the decision variables.The simulation results show that,on the premise of meeting the water quality standard,compared with the control strategy of constant set value before the improvement,the optimal control strategy of dynamic adjustment of set value can reduce the energy consumption.Combined with the requirements of wastewater treatment technology and actual production management,a sewage treatment control system based on three-layer network structure is designed.At the completion of the network architecture,hardware configuration,hardware configuration,key equipment control scheme design,PC monitor configuration,on the basis of MATLAB was established based on OPC communication technology and the information interaction between Wincc,for water quality prediction research and the optimal control provides an efficient way to wastewater treatment,and optimization strategy was applied to sewage treatment control system.The field operation results show that the optimized control strategy not only reduces the energy consumption,but also meets the requirements of effluent quality standards of the sewage treatment plant. |
