In recent years,as the country’s development of marine resources deepens,marine oil and gas extraction has put forward higher requirements for marine drilling technology.When drilling offshore,the drilling rig installed on the offshore platform will inevitably produce lifting and sinking motion as the platform is subjected to wave force,thus affecting the stability of drilling pressure at the bottom of the drilling tool.In this paper,we design and analyze a simulation system to improve the accuracy of lifting and sinking compensation,which is an important auxiliary equipment to keep the drilling pressure at the bottom of the drilling tool stable.The background and significance of the research are explained,and the research results of domestic and foreign offshore drilling sinker compensation technology are introduced to clarify the main research content of this paper.The current status of the research and development of the control of offshore drilling sinkhole compensation system is outlined,and some methods to improve the accuracy of sinkhole compensation control are briefly described.The structural design and analysis of the drilling column lifting and sinking compensation simulation mechanism of the offshore platform are carried out.The structure is further optimized according to the principle of lifting and sinking compensation;the force analysis of the drilling column,floating crane lifting and sinking compensation and winch lifting and sinking compensation is carried out to provide a basis for the subsequent device selection and design;a simulation model is established by MATLAB to analyze the motion of the drilling column lifting and sinking compensation mechanism of the offshore platform.The structural design and analysis of the marine simulation platform were carried out.The mechanism of wave motion is studied,and the functional equation of wave lifting and sinking motion in the vertical direction is derived;the structural design of the marine simulation platform is carried out based on the functional equation of wave lifting and sinking motion;a simulation model is established using MATLAB,and the motion analysis of the marine simulation platform is carried out.The control scheme of the lifting and sinking compensation simulation system is designed.The theoretical study of the lifting and sinking compensation control is synthesized,and the DMC-based PID predictive control model is established.Through the state or prediction output of the internal model,while using the optimal rolling calculation and feedback and prediction correction in the finite prediction time domain,and then the optimal calculation according to a certain performance index of the system,the lifting and sinking compensation accuracy is improved.The software and hardware system of the lift-sink compensation system is built using PLC and MCGS,and the lift-sink compensation system is simulated using the predictive control model. |
