Abstract/Summary:
The buckling of pipe string has an important impact on many links of oil and gas production engineering.The stability of downhole oil and gas string directly affects the success or failure of construction.Due to the complex actual working conditions of oil and gas exploitation,it is difficult to carry out the buckling test of oil and gas string under the actual working conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to design an indoor multifunctional buckling test platform for oil and gas string to conduct a more scientific study on the buckling of oil and gas string.His paper completed the design and construction of multifunctional buckling test platform for oil and gas string.The multifunctional test platform can simultaneously meet the requirements of horizontal well interval research,vertical well interval research,curvature well interval research and various common oil and gas string research experiments,and can carry out complex string buckling experiment research.The experimental platform adopts PLC control system,through the control system can accurately control the variables of the experiment,so that the output data error is smaller.A data acquisition system is adopted,which can quickly and accurately output the axial force value of the simulated pipe string sensor.Using 3D printing technology,reasonable use of 3D printing of high molding rate,high precision,flexible and convenient characteristics,make the experimental bench more functional.The multifunctional test platform makes the buckling test data more reasonable,accurate and scientific.In this paper,based on the multi-function test platform of oil and gas string,the experimental equipment of horizontal well string is designed and the simulation experiment of horizontal well string buckling is carried out.The influence of loading speed,loading displacement and joint diameter on pipe buckling was explored.At the same time,the experimental results show that the loading speed,loading displacement and joint diameter have great influence on the spatial configuration during the buckling process of pipe string.The loading speed and joint diameter have great influence on the helical buckling critical load of the simulated pipe string,but have little influence on the sinusoidal buckling critical load of the simulated pipe string.The loading displacement has little effect on the sine buckling critical load and the helical buckling critical load of the simulated string.The relationship between friction force and pipe buckling in horizontal Wells is elucidated.The results of this study have a certain reference significance for the theoretical research and engineering application of oil and gas pipe string.
