Study On Environmental Cost Control Of XG Iron And Steel Enterprises

The steel industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and an important part of the national economy.For our country,the steel industry is indispensable.However,as a traditional heavy industry,the iron and steel industry inevitably brings about high pollution,high emissions and high energy consumption.While consuming a lot of energy to ensure production,it is also accompanied by the output of a large amount of waste water,waste gas and solid waste,which has brought great harm to the environment.Serious damage,many steel companies were also forced to stop production for rectification or even relocate.Therefore,steel companies should invest more in environmental protection,rather than only focus on economic growth.With the release of the "14th Five-Year Plan",the state has made new requirements for the construction of ecological civilization.In order to achieve this goal,new environmental protection policies have been introduced in various places,and the environmental protection standards that companies should meet have also been raised.Therefore,the reasonable control of environmental costs is of great significance to the long-term development of the company.Based on the above reasons,this thesis selects XG Steel Company as a case company,first analyzes the company’s specific environmental cost data,then constructs evaluation indicators,uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the company’s environmental performance,and finally comprehensively calculates the analysis and evaluation results,and then It is found that the company exists in environmental cost control: there is no effective environmental cost accounting system,there is a lack of professionals in environmental cost control,the environmental cost for pollution control is too high,the control method is still mainly based on post-event governance,and the concept of environmental protection There is no such a series of problems that are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In response to these problems,we put forward solutions based on the actual situation of the company: set up a special environmental protection organization internally;focus on pre-prevention work and in-process control of production costs;regularly carry out employee environmental protection education training and publicity activities,as well as a series of other improvement measures.It aims to help XG Steel and other companies in the same industry to control environmental costs,adjust the industrial structure,and take the road of green and clean sustainable development.
