This thesis takes the goaf tunneling technology of small coal pillar in 8103working face of Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine as the research background,through theoretical analysis,Flac numerical simulation,industrial practice and other means to study the goaf tunneling technology.Roadway driving along goaf in yongding zhuang coal mine small coal pillar industrial practice proved reliable technology,good effect,the following conclusions:(1)The physical and mechanical parameters of the specimens taken from the 8103working face of Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine were tested by laboratory experiments,so as to provide scientific proof for the subsequent numerical simulation experiments of selecting appropriate small coal pillar width and optimizing the design of goaf roadway support scheme.(2)with the aid of theoretical analysis and calculation method of roadway driving along goaf of small coal pillar and the mechanical structure to establish the whole process of roadway surrounding rock around roadway mechanics model,the analysis and research of the system at the same time and have targeted the small coal pillar along goaf roadway deformation instability mechanism,and the 8103 face in zao zhuang coal mine and the theory analysis and calculation of yongding small this reasonable width of coal pillar.(3)Design five different small coal pillar width numerical simulation scheme of6m,8m,10m,12m and 14m,study the plastic zone distribution failure law,roadway surrounding rock stress distribution,roadway displacement and so on of the goaf excavation roadway of 8103 working face during roadway excavation,finally determine that the width of coal pillar of the goaf excavation roadway of 8103 working face is 10m.(4)Based on the surrounding rock control mechanism of gob-side roadway and the supporting principle of gob-side roadway,combined with FLAC3D,the stress environment,displacement and failure range of the optimized design support scheme of gob-side roadway of 8103 working face and the original support scheme were co MPared and analyzed,and a joint support scheme was designed for the gob-side roadway of 8103 working face.(5)The industrial experiment of experiment method and the section of roadway driving along goaf of 8103 working face in tank roof and floor and displacement of two conditions were monitored.The results show that the overall stability of the roadway is good,and the optimized design of the support scheme is scientific and reasonable.
