| Petroleum is the blood of modern industry.Its industrial products run through all aspects of people’s lives and play an irreplaceable role in national economic development and national production and life.As the largest developing country in the world,China has a huge demand for oil,but most of my country’s oil relies on imports.The imbalance of supply and demand has caused oil resources to become one of the important factors affecting national strategic security and economic development.Therefore,it is imminent to greatly improve oil recovery(EOR).Chemical flooding technology has played a significant role in many technologies to improve oil recovery.Among them,the surfactants used in oil displacement are better modified to improve the process of oil extraction.The three interface properties of the oil-water interface,water-rock interface and oil-rock interface,so as to improve oil recovery.At the same time,surfactants for oil displacement also play an irreplaceable role in combined flooding.Therefore,the development of functional materials for high-performance oil displacement has become the key and core of enhanced oil recovery.Based on the new chemical flooding theory,this thesis designed and synthesized a surfactant for high-efficiency flooding based on azacycloalkane performance,and carried out a more systematic study of its physical and chemical properties.The main research work is as follows:(1)The paper designs and synthesizes four series of surfactants for flooding.First,diethanolamine and diethylenetriamine are used as raw materials,and they are respectively reacted with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride by the Richman-Atkins method to generate two monomers.Secondly,the two monomers undergo a cyclization reaction under anhydrous conditions to generate a tetraza multidentate heterocyclic ring with protective groups.Then use microwave technology to deprotect the group,form salt,neutralize,and synthesize cyclen intermediate.Finally,using halogenated alkanes as raw materials,five mono-substitution,three symmetric di-substitution,two asymmetric di-substitution,and one amphoteric tetrazo multidentate heterocyclic ring were synthesized through S_N2 nucleophilic substitution reaction with cyclen intermediates as raw materials.Surfactant.(2)On the basis of designing and synthesizing four series of tetranitrogen multidentate heterocyclic flooding surfactants,the four series of flooding surfactants were studied systematically,including surface tension,resistance Temperature and salt resistance,interfacial tension,static contact angle and emulsifying properties.Among them,C14-S surfactant exhibits the most excellent surface activity and has the lowest CMC value;C18-acetic acid-D surfactant can reduce the oil-water interfacial tension to ultra-low interfacial tension,and also has the best interfacial modification ability And emulsification performance,indicating that it has good oil displacement potential,is an important research direction of functional materials for oil displacement.The synthesis and performance studies show that by designing tetraaza heterocyclic surfactants and studying their properties,not only the research scope of the surfactants for flooding is expanded,but it is also of great significance for improving oil recovery. |
