| Polypropylene(PP)melt blown nonwovens and spunbonders are widely used in personal protection,medical and health fields because of their unique structure and properties.Based on the unique molecular structure characteristics of cyclodextrin(CD),the essential oil of wormwood was coated,the cyclodextrin wormwood coating with high temperature resistance and controlled release was prepared,the polypropylene slices of wormwood with slow-release function were prepared,and its stabilization and slow-release mechanism were clarified.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,in order to select the appropriate cyclodextrin wall material,from α-Cyclodextrin(αCD)、 β-Cyclodextrin(βCD)、 γ-Cyclodextrin(γCD)The adaptability of three wall materials was discussed.The embedding rate,oil loading rate,sustainedrelease performance and heat resistance of the inclusion complex were tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermogravimetry(TG).The best wall material for the preparation of inclusion complex was selected β-Cyclodextrin to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up.In order to improve the embedding rate of inclusion complex,the optimal reaction conditions were explored by single factor experiment and box Behnken response surface method.The results show that the order of significance affecting the embedding yield is: wall core ratio > reaction temperature > reaction time.The best embedding combination is wall core ratio 3:1,reaction temperature 40℃ and reaction time 3h.The average particle size of inclusion compound is controlled at 1.1μm by High-Speed Homogenization of homogenizer,which meets the conditions of melt spinning.At the same time,the results of FT-IR,UV spectrophotometry and TG proved that wo andβCD forms an inclusion structure.The sustained-release performance is proved by experiments,βCD has an effective protective effect on Wo,has a slow-release effect,and follows Fickian diffusion;Wo and wo-βCD has antibacterial properties,and the antibacterial effect of Wo on Staphylococcus aureus is much better than that on Escherichia coli.Finally,the inclusion complex powder and PP chips were melt blended and extruded in a twin-screw extruder to obtain antibacterial modified PP chips.Its properties were studied by DSC,TG,infrared,oil loading rate and antibacterial test.The results showed that the inclusion complex had no effect on the fluidity,spinnability and decomposition temperature of PP,and had spinning conditions;The viscosity of PP slice decreases with the increase of shear rate.When the shear rate is low,the viscosity is highly sensitive to the change of shear rate.The addition of inclusion compound increased the melting temperature of PP,and the crystallization peak of DSC curve of modified PP was more obvious and steep.The addition of inclusion compound played the role of heterogeneous nucleation in the system and improved the thermal properties of PP.At the same time,the modified slice has the highest oil loading rate of 18.63 ±4.27%,and has antibacterial properties. |
