The functional surface preparation of material surface is a hot research topic at home and abroad,and by processing large area functional microstructure on the surface of the material,the material can have the functions of self-cleaning,hydrophobic,corrosion-resistant,ice-proof and so on.Among the many material surface functional structure preparation technologies,ultrasonic imprinting technology derived from ultrasonic welding has been used in the preparation of microflordic control chips on the surface of polymer materials in recent years.Compared with the preparation of microflowway structure,the structure of large area functional surface is often more complex,and the quality of imprinting molding is closely related to microstructure mold,imprinting process parameters,ultrasonic energy distribution,material characteristics,etc.In order to study the influence of imprinting process parameters on large area functional microstructure pressure printing preparation,the following research was carried out with PET polymer material as the object:(1)On the basis of introducing the basic principles and process of the functional microstructure ultrastructure ultrastructure printing preparation technology of the material surface,the adhesive elasticity characteristics of the polymer material ultrasonic imprinting process are described by Prony number,and the process of simplified ultrasonic imprinting is simulated under finiteime environment,and the imaging law of the functional surface preparation process such as imprinting time and amplitude is observed.The analysis shows that the polymer microstructure takes less time to reach the same imprinting depth when there is ultrasonic vibration than in the case of no ultrasonic vibration input,which indicates that the use of ultrasonic vibration is more conducive to improving the molding efficiency of polymer surface microstructure.(2)On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the functional surface preparation process of metal materials,it is determined that large-area functional microstructures of 6061 aluminum alloy surface processing are made using femtic second laser technology,and the preparation of polymer material surface junction structure is carried out as a mold.With ultrasonic plastic welding machine as the core to build the ultrasonic imprinting experimental platform,carried out pre-press experiments,found that some process parameters will appear underprinting,overprinting,and even carbonization.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence law of process parameters on polymer microstructure molding.In order to objectively evaluate the molding mass of ultrasonic imprinting microstructure,taking rectangular dot matrix microstructure as an example,the microstructure molding depth is measured by ultra-depth-of-field microscope,and the evaluation parameters of imprinting quality are obtained by image boundary extraction analysis and processing method.(3)Based on the self-built ultrasonic imprinting system,a series of ultrasonic imprinting experiments have been carried out on polymer materials,aiming to study the influence of four important process parameters on the quality of polymer microstructure molding,namely ultrasonic pressure,welding time,holding time and ultrasonic amplitude.The study found that ultrasonic amplitude is the most important factor affecting the microstructure molding of ultrasonic imprinting polymer.The depth of microstructure molding increases with the increase of ultrasonic amplitude,while the contour size of microstructure molding shows the opposite trend.(4)Taking the preparation of hydrophobic structure on the surface of PET polymer material as the object,using orthogonal experiment,microstructure geometric parameter measurement and surface microstructure contact angle measurement,the validity of the study of process law is further tested,and the correctness of the influence law of the obtained process parameters is proved.In addition,the experiment also found that for hydrophobic microstructures,compared with microstructure contour size and interval,depth has a more significant impact on hydrophobicity,so in order to obtain better preparation effect,in addition to the need to optimize process parameters,hydrophobic microstructure mold design,optimization,preparation is also very important.
