| Textile products are closely related to the clothing,food,housing,transportation,and health in our lives.With the development of technology and economy,people’s living standards are constantly improving,traditional textile fabrics cannot meet people’s higher needs,therefore,some functional and environmentally friendly textiles have become a hot spot in current research.In the hot summer or in some special working environments,the human body will sweat a lot,and traditional textiles will quickly absorb moisture and stick to the surface of the skin,the humid environment can easily cause skin diseases;however,the hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite textile materials with unidirectional water transport properties can be timely exhaust sweat from the body without reverse osmosis,realize the unidirectional transport of sweat,keep the surface of human skin dry,which is beneficial to human health.In this paper,a hydrophilic nonwoven was used as the substrate,and a single-sided hydrophobic modification method was used to prepare a hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite material with unidirectional water transport properties.The structure and performance of the hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite material were compared and optimized.Under normal temperature and pressure conditions,through the "hydrolysiscondensation" reaction,a well-shaped silicone gel solid was prepared,and the silicone gel dispersion(Ormosil)was obtained by diluting and dispersing.The results showed that Ormosil particles have a rough surface structure and contain Si-C characteristic functional groups,which can be loaded on the surface of the material to increase the roughness and have a certain degree of hydrophobicity.Selecting environmentally friendly polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),a fluorine-free and low surface energy substance,and used a simple spraying method to modify the single-sided hydrophobicity of the nonwoven to prepare a "sandwich coating" hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite material(PDMS-Ormosil-PDSM@Nonwoven)with opposite wetting characteristics.,and compared with Nonwoven,silicone geltreated nonwoven(Ormosil@Nonwoven),and PDMS-treated nonwoven(PDMS@Nonwoven)for comparison test analyze.The results showed that PDMSOrmosil-PDMS@Nonwoven shows the best hydrophobicity,with contact angle of 137°;the unidirectional water transport time of water droplets on the hydrophobic side was5.1 s;the unidirectional water transport ability index R(%)=907.67 %,had excellent unidirectional water transport performance;at the same time,had good mechanical wear resistance and air permeability.Using low-cost and low-surface energy material polyvinyl chloride(PVC),the nonwoven was hydrophobically modified on one side by electrostatic spinning and spraying methods to prepare silicone gel-PVC nanofibers hydrophilic-hydrophobic composite materials(Ormosil-PVC@Nonwoven)with opposite wetting characteristics and pore size gradient structure,and compared with Nonwoven,Ormosil@Nonwoven,and individual PVC nonwoven(PVC@Nonwoven)for comparative testing and analysis.The results showed that Ormosil-PVC@Nonwoven exhibits the best hydrophobicity,with contact angle of 139°;the unidirectional water transport time of water droplets on the hydrophobic side was 4.9 s;the unidirectional water transport ability index R(%)=313.71%,had good water unidirectional water transport performance;at the same time,it had good mechanical abrasion resistance and air permeability. |
