| With the rise of the electronic information industry,the printed electronic industry has been developing rapidly.Compared with traditional electronic manufacturing,screen printing technology has been widely used because of its advantages such as low cost,fast flexibility and personalization.As one of the key raw materials in the field of printed electronics,conductive carbon paste has been paid more and more attention by researchers due to its advantages of high stability,low cost and flexible manufacturing.In the past 20 years,domestic researchers have carried out in-depth research on how to optimize the performance of conductive paste,which has laid a good theoretical foundation for the development of Chinese screen printing industry.However,compared with European and American countries,our conductive paste development is still in its infancy,especially wear-resistant conductive carbon paste and imported products there is a certain gap,domestic high-performance conductive paste for printed electronic products still rely on imports,to a great extent,the healthy development of printed electronic industry.Based on this,the preparation and properties of conductive carbon paste for wear-resistant carbon electrode with different resistance values were studied in this paper.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Study the influence of conductive paste components on the properties of carbon paste layer.In this paper,conductive carbon paste without any metal elements was prepared by using graphite and carbon black as conductive filler and phenolic resin as binder.The effects of resin type,resin ratio,graphite black ratio,graphene addition ratio and wear-resistant agent addition ratio on the conductivity of conductive carbon paste and screen printing performance were systematically investigated.The results show that 2130 is an ideal phenolic resin.When the mass fraction of resin is 30%,the carbon paste has appropriate viscosity and coating property.When the ratio of graphite to carbon black is 5:5,the resistance value of carbon film electrode is lower.When 0.1% graphene was added,the printed electrode had the lowest square resistance,up to 16 Ω/口.The wear resistance of the printed carbon film was optimized by adding 4% wear-resistant agent.(2)Study the effect of processing technology on the properties of carbon slurry layer.The effects of different times of three rolls,thickness of carbon film,curing temperature and curing time on the conductive properties of carbon paste and screen printing were systematically investigated.The results showed that after grinding the carbon paste with three rollers for 5 times and curing at 110℃ for 15 min,when the film thickness of the prepared carbon paste is 0.33 mm,the conductive filler is well dispersed and a good conductive network is formed.The conductive carbon paste viscosity is appropriate.During screen printing,the smooth performance of the paste is ideal,the surface of the printed coating is smooth,the conductive property is excellent,and the wear resistance is excellent.Through performance optimization,this paper developed carbon paste printed carbon electrode can realize resistance in the range of 20 Ω/口-1000 Ω/口 adjus Tab,the optimal slurry wear-resistant times can reach more than 30 million. |
