| In recent years,the vigorous development of information technology such as the Internet and computers has prompted many traditional industries to follow this development trend to carry out digital transformation.This is especially true for the traditional chemical materials industry.In the field of aerospace science and technology,in order to complete the digital transformation,the relevant material formula research institutes and research institutes need to manage a large amount of old formula data and open up the gap between business systems.Barriers,and establish a sound data governance system,in this process will encounter many problems.Therefore,this paper takes the experimental data of chemical material formula as the starting point,and after careful investigation of the needs of all parties,a set of targeted data governance system platform is proposed.Under the condition of ensuring the security of platform data,it can better deal with the particularity of formula experiment data,and solve the data transmission problem of cross-platform collaboration in the chemical industry.In addition,the proposed data governance standardizes data standards and improves data quality.The main contributions are as follows:A recipe experiment data integration module was proposed and designed.In terms of data integration,the local data among various business systems of the institute will be established.At the same time,in order to cope with the uncertainty of the output of formula experiment data,researchers can dynamically store it as needed to improve the convenience of data upload.Secondly,the cross-platform data exchange service based on Web Service is realized,the main data information is synchronized,and the data barriers between collaborative platforms are broken.Finally,the data archiving function is integrated,and the invalid formula experiment data is imported into other heterogeneous databases to reduce the pressure on the structured database and reduce data redundancy.The experimental formula data governance module is proposed and designed.Firstly,the metadata and master data models are constructed for the stored experimental data and table structure information.And according to the data standards corresponding to the formula data as a reference for data governance,a data quality inspection plan is formulated,the data quality is inspected periodically,and finally displayed in the form of data assets,helping the research institute to grasp the current experimental progress and assist in decision-making.A security module for recipe data is proposed and designed.Data security is mainly developed from three aspects: classification management of confidentiality level,authority access control and audit log.Establish a data classification system based on the business,and decentralize the original system administrator’s role.Secondly,based on the data classification and the current mainstream access control model,a data access control mechanism with security and convenience is realized.Finally,the security audit log is designed to improve the performance of log collection and query,so that all sensitive and abnormal operations will not be ignored.To sum up,this paper starts from the digital transformation needs of the chemical materials industry,sorts out the particularity of its industry data,and designs a corresponding data governance plan for this.The program provides technical support for the acquisition and transmission of material formula data.Governance rules and standards are provided for the governance of recipe data,while ensuring the security of data in the platform.It can solve the problems faced by the industry and has practicality and versatility. |
