Research On Intelligent Management System Construction Of Group Treasurer

In the context of the ever-changing world political and economic environment,with the rapid iteration and update of information technology,the demand for enterprise capital management is also increasing.Realizing capital management innovation has become an inevitable choice for contemporary enterprises to adapt to the development trend of The Times and seize the initiative of value creation.As the representative of modern enterprises,group enterprises need to keep pace with The Times and update their fund management mode.In 2022,Document No.1 issued by SASAC clarified the strategic positioning of Treasury management in the fund management of group enterprises and emphasized the necessity and urgency of optimizing the Treasury management system.In the era of digital economy,how to optimize the treasurer management system of group enterprises,improve or solve the current practical problems,which is of great significance to the strategic development of the group.This paper adopts literature analysis and case study,takes the Treasury management system of China National Petroleum Corporation as the research object,combines the concepts of centralized fund management and intelligent Treasury management,and summarizes the Treasury management system of China National Petroleum Corporation and analyzes its effects through multiple dimensions.A series of practical problems existing in the Treasury management system of petrochina under the requirements of national policies are summarized.On this basis,from the two aspects of "system design" and "application scenario",the construction of the Treasury intelligent system is explained and some optimization suggestions are put forward,which provides certain reference significance for the realization of the optimal allocation of financial resources and for the group enterprises with the need to improve the Treasury management system.This paper considers that the innovation of the Treasury management system based on the perspective of digital economy has a certain timeliness,scientific and reasonable optimization plan to meet the strategic development of the group enterprise,to improve the overall efficiency of capital operation and the ecological chain value creation ability,to a certain extent,the group enterprises in our country based on their own specific situation,Rapid deployment and implementation of intelligent Treasury management solutions on the basis of existing fund management,so as to create the requirements of SASAC.
