Cleaner Production Regulation And Green Innovation Of Enterprises

The economic development mode of our country has changed from extensive development to sustainable development.At present,the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,the transformation of the front-end pollution control mode is one of the effective ways to coordinate the relationship between economy and environment.As an environmental regulation policy of source control and prevention management,whether cleaner production audit can encourage enterprises to carry out green innovation activities,so as to reduce the damage to the environment in the process of product production and process innovation,in order to ease or even solve the contradiction between environmental protection and economic development is the focus of this paper.It is also an important measure to evaluate the effect of clean audit policy.This paper matches the Inco Pat global patent database from 2000 to 2013 with the industrial enterprise database,then sets up the processing group according to the list of enterprises implementing cleaner production audit published on the official website of the Ministry of ecological environment,constructs a double difference model,explores the impact of cleaner production audit on Enterprise Green Innovation,and test the impact of sample differences on the experimental results.This paper also makes an indepth discussion on the theoretical mechanism of cleaner production audit promoting enterprise green innovation,in order to provide some reference for the effective exertion of policy effect.Supported by theoretical analysis and empirical results,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)cleaner production audit significantly improves the level of green innovation of enterprises,and has a continuous impact effect.(2)Regional differences,enterprise nature differences and industry differences will affect the policy effect of cleaner production audit on enterprise green innovation.After the implementation of the policy: the level of green innovation of enterprises located in the eastern and central regions has been significantly improved;Only the green innovation level of private enterprises is improved;Only the green innovation level of capital intensive enterprises has been improved.(3)From the perspective of influence mechanism,product market competition plays a positive role in promoting the relationship between cleaner production audit and green technology innovation,and market competition and government regulation policies complement each other.According to the conclusion,combined with the background of China’s economic development to high-quality sustainable development,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the cleaner production audit policy,which has certain reference significance for promoting the win-win situation of China’s economy and environmental protection.
