As an important infrastructure project related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,traffic engineering has been highly concerned by government departments at all levels for a long time.However,in recent years,with the frequent occurrence of high-altitude falling,personal electric shock,object strike and other safety accidents in traffic engineering construction,traffic engineering construction safety management has been promoted to an unprecedented strategic height,whether construction enterprises can form practical and feasible safety Management scheme,effectively reducing the probability of safety accidents,effectively protecting life safety and public property from being infringed,has become the core problem of traffic engineering construction.ISO9001 quality management system can effectively guarantee the construction quality and progress of the project,and improve the effectiveness of safety management.Therefore,it is of great significance to apply the ISO9001 quality management system to the safety management of engineering construction.The project of canceling provincial boundary station in a province mainly includes the construction of virtual station of provincial boundary,construction of path identification station within the province,comprehensive upgrading and reconstruction of toll system,network security reinforcement of charging system,implementation of domestic key transformation,etc + Internet system construction and upgrading,etc.the total construction period is 90 days,the project time is short and the workload is heavy.Therefore,the application of ISO9001 quality management system in engineering construction safety management is especially important Is important.Based on this,this paper takes the project of canceling provincial boundary station in a province as the research object,applies the relevant theory of traffic engineering implementation safety management,combined with the construction safety management status of the project of canceling provincial boundary station in a province,it also analyzes the causes,mainly including the management does not pay attention to,the organization is not reasonable and the lack of high-quality construction safety management personnel.Then,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures of construction safety management of canceling provincial boundary toll station in a province based on ISO9001.In terms of construction safety management system,it puts forward improvement countermeasures such as improving engineering safety production management system,improving engineering emergency safety management system and building occupational health and environmental safety system,and puts forward clear engineering safety management system in construction safety management system In the aspect of construction safety risk supervision,it puts forward improvement countermeasures such as strengthening safety risk control and strengthening safety management training.Finally,this paper puts forward the construction safety management of canceling provincial boundary station in a province,and puts forward safeguard measures,including talent guarantee,organization guarantee and material guarantee.Through the research on the construction safety management of the provincial toll station project cancelled by Liaoning Expressway,it can help the construction unit to improve the construction safety management ability,provide help for the construction safety management of the provincial toll station project cancelled by Liaoning Expressway,provide reference for the construction safety management of other engineering projects by promoting the colleagues of the construction enterprise to improve the safety management ability.
