For a long time,in the construction of internal control,how to ensure and realize the effectiveness of business process has been a puzzle of enterprise internal control practice and theoretical research work.These phenomena and problems need us to explore and meditate from a new perspective.In practice,the enterprise internal control system is separated from the enterprise management system,mainly emphasizing the compliance control,rather than serving the realization of enterprise strategy and business objectives of substantive control;Theoretically,although there are many conceptual studies on the effectiveness of internal control,a large number of literature studies lack feasible starting points in terms of how to guide practice.Based on the integration and reference of multidisciplinary theories,the author takes business control process as the starting point to provide operational ideas for solving this problem.To realize effective internal control,we must first establish and ensure the effectiveness of business control process.On the basis of domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ research on internal control,this paper adopts literature research method,analytical research method and case analysis method to select SM Coal Group as a case,and carries out field research and raises questions on SM Coal Group by applying relevant theories of internal control and risk management.The internal control elements are used to establish the internal control framework of investment business,optimize the original investment business process,identify and measure the key risk points in the process,and truly achieve the purpose of risk management of business process.The conceptual model is applied to the internal control optimization construction of SM Coal Group Company.Finally,this paper comes to the investment business process in accordance with the internal control framework,but also fit the strategic business objectives and actual situation of the whole enterprise,people-oriented,customer-centric,truly embedded business process into all aspects of production and management. |
