As a new display media,compared with the traditional LED display devices,led smart glass has great advantages in the degree of beauty and application range.However,with the continuous improvement of LED intelligent glass manufacturing technology,its lattice density is higher and higher,and the types of LED chips are also constantly enriched.Limited by the hardware performance,the existing LED intelligent glass display system only supports the display control of up to 700000 pixels,which can not meet the current large-area,high-density LED intelligent glass display requirements.And with the improvement of the display area of LED smart glass,the existing LED smart glass display system which can only drive and control one kind of LED chip can not fully adapt to the large area and high density LED smart glass with low speed LED chip without synchronous clock control and a variety of LED chips,On the other hand,with the decrease of data rate,there will be the problem of complex wiring and difficult hidden line.The existing high-resolution LED display system can not be used because it can not adapt to the LED smart glass.Therefore,this thesis designs a high-resolution LED intelligent glass display system,through the design of system hardware architecture and software and hardware programs,combined with DDR and multi-level forwarding structure,select higher performance FPGA chip,in order to achieve high-resolution LED intelligent glass display control requirements,and effectively solve the problem of large area,high-density,high-speed,low-cost of existing system When the LED smart glass is controlled by the non fixed driving mode,there will be some problems,such as complex wiring,difficult to hide the line,and unable to fully adapt to the new LED smart glass.The system can be divided into three parts: upper computer,control system and LED intelligent glass display module.The control system is divided into three parts: video segmentation and mapping unit,primary forwarding unit and secondary forwarding unit.The upper computer first generates the mapping data matching with the LED smart glass under the user’s operation.After that,the high-resolution video data is input into the video segmentation and mapping unit through HDMI interface,and is sent out through optical fiber after segmentation and mapping in a certain order.The video data is output through two-stage forwarding unit to control the display of the whole large resolution LED intelligent glass display unit.The LED intelligent glass display adopts the form of cascading LED chips or driving chips.By inputting video data to each series of cascaded LED chips or driving chips,the display control of the whole high-resolution LED intelligent glass display can be realized.In this thesis,through functional simulation,the feasibility of the overall architecture of the system is verified.At the same time,by using the existing development board,on the basis of the software and hardware architecture designed in this thesis,through the compilation and modification of the hardware program,combined with the completed hardware circuit unit,1920×1080 resolution video segmentation and display control,further verify the feasibility and correctness of the whole system in the case of 4K resolution.
