| The intelligent construction of coal mine has become an important direction of the development of the coal industry.Three-dimensional geological model is one of the elements to realize the intelligent construction of coal mine.It can intuitively and accurately display the characteristics of coal seam and geological structure,and provide geological guarantee for safe and efficient mining of coal mine.Dongzhouyao mine field has the most complicated geological structure in Datong coal field with a large number of folds,faults,collapse columns and igneous intrusions.At present,the two-dimensional maps used in coal mines can’t intuitively express the three-dimensional spatial shape of coal seams in complex structural areas and the relationship between coal seams and faults,and can’t accurately predict the structure of mining connection areas,which has a great impact on the safe and efficient production of coal mines.In order to characterize the characteristics of the coal seam,structure and igneous intrusions in the Dongzhouyao mine field,in this paper,Based on drill holes,mining project maps and a large number of measured section data,the geological information database of Dongzhouyao Mine Field was built.Taking Dongzhouyao coalmine as the research object by using DepthInsight 3D modeling software,overcoming the problems of a large amount of data and faults,and complicated structure,three different scales of 3D geological models were constructed(including Dongzhouyao coalmine,2016 Seismic Exploration Area and 8100 Working Face)by using techniques such as “Fault intersection treatment”,“small layer modeling”,“Delaunay triangulation grid” and “Truncated mesh generation”.The mine fieldscale model generally displays the structure in the minefield in three-dimensional form.Based on it,the Kriging algorithm is used for interpolation calculation to predict the distribution of igneous in Shan4 and No.5 coal seams;The scale model of seismic exploration area reveals the coal seam morphology and structural characteristics in this area.Based on this model,8 planned working faces such as 8402 and 8403 are simulated to realize the visualization of underground structure;The working face scale model is the most accurate model.Taking 8100 face as an example,the method of high-precision 3D geological modeling and dynamic updating of working face is explored. |
