| Leak of gas-phase hazardous chemical gases is a common accident that threatens human life.Whether personal respiratory protective equipment can perform its designed function has an important impact on the protection of rescue personnel’s lives,and to ensure the success of rescue operations.Although there are various standards for different types of respiratory protection equipment,the parameters of environment and related disaster-causing factors change greatly in the actual disaster.In this case,it is a significant hazard to people that the performance of protective equipment decreases or even failure.In this case,it may cause great hazard to people due to degradation of equipment performance or equipment failure.Thus,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the environmental adaptability personal respiratory protection equipment to verify its functionality under different conditions of gas-phase hazardous chemical leakage environment.This paper selects the full-face gas mask as the typical protective equipment to study its corresponding performance changes under different leak conditions,and then establishes a comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the environmental adaptability of gas masks under various leak disaster environments.First,two testing programs of environmental adaptability under different leakage accidents scenarios are designed for different use scenarios of gas masks.Based on the conventional using scenario of gas mask,this paper design adaptability testing programs for gas-phase hazardous chemicals leakage scenarios.Meanwhile,based on the outdoor leakage scenario of hazardous chemicals,this paper builds an adaptability testing program for the combined environment of strong wind and gas-phase hazardous chemicals leakage.Those programs achieve to build the extreme leakage environment and complex leakage environment.Meanwhile,this paper assembles flame retardant device and inspiratory resistance device as complements to the adaptation test under chain disaster environment.Next,on the basis of the above adaptability testing platforms and programs,the adaptability of gas masks is tested under different chemicals leakage disaster environments.This paper chooses SF6 as the background gas to simulate the real gas-phase hazardous chemical leakage environment which relies domestic and international standards for gas masks.By controlling the background concentration of SF6,the leakage scenarios of conventional concentration and high concentration are realized.Meanwhile,the difference of the leakage rate under different leakage concentrations conditions is studied.By controlling the ambient wind speed and the background concentration of SF6,the leakage rate of gas masks under the coupled disaster environment of strong wind and hazardous chemical leakage was studied.The result shows that some of tested masks have a large difference in the leakage rate under two leakage concentrations and have a worse adaptability than other masks.The leakage rate of some tested masks under the coupled environment of strong wind and hazardous chemical leak change greatly compared with the windless environment.It shows that they can not effectively adapt to changes in the wind environment.In addition,it is studied that the performance and the structure of gas masks under the different adjurations of the same heat flow by changing the exposure time of the gas masks with a heat source.It is a supplement for the study of the adaptation under the leakage environment.Finally,this paper create a comprehensive evaluation method for the environmental adaptability of gas masks by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It achieves to conduct a qualitative-quantitative comprehensive evaluation of masks ’ adaptability in different leakage disaster environments using evaluation matrices.The evaluation matrices are built based on the above test results.The evaluations of the tested masks are ‘Excellent’ and‘Great’ under two different leakage disaster environments,but a part of masks shows different evaluation results under various disaster environments.The proposal of those disaster environmental adaptability testThis paper propose a kind of disaster environmental adaptability testing method.This method expand the research idea of equipment adaptability under disaster environment and has positive significance for improving the equipment environmental adaptability evaluating system.The equipment adaptability research can be carried out for the disaster environment that occurs during the actual rescue scene.So,the protection effectiveness of the equipment can be further improved in the complex disaster environment. |
