| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the transformation of consumption concepts,cosmetics have become necessities of life.Among them,natural beauty cosmetics based on plant extracts are increasingly favored by consumers.Plant resources with few side effects and multiple physiological and functional effects.The problem of pesticide residues in plants will also be related to the safety of cosmetics.This paper mainly studies the pesticide residues in plant extract cosmetics.The main contents are as follows:1.Introduce the overview and market prospect of plant extract cosmetics,the main active ingredients and functions;the overview and types of pesticides,the pretreatment technology of samples,the methods of sample purification and concentration,and the detection technology of pesticide residues.2.The samples were pretreated by Qu ECh ERS method,and the organochlorine pesticides in plant extract cosmetics were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.In the experiment,the extraction solvent,extraction method,buffer salt,purifying agent and other conditions in the Qu ECh ERS method were optimized,and a new pesticide detection method for plant extract cosmetics was established.3.The extracted samples were purified by gel permeation chromatography,and 35 kinds of pesticide residues in plant extract cosmetics were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Method validation of this standard method ensures that the laboratory has the capacity to perform such testing.It is also used for the determination of various pesticide residues in actual cosmetics,and the results have also passed the assessment of relevant experts.4.By comparing the experimental results of Qu ECh ERS method with the experimental results of gel permeation chromatography in the national standard,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are summarized.The Qu ECh ERS method designed and optimized in this paper can meet the specified detection requirements.It is an innovative method and a simple and fast detection method,which can be used as a reference for the pesticide residue detection industry in plant extract cosmetics. |
