The mechanical properties,barrier properties and hydrophobic of the film were improvied by add modifiers and nano-materials strengthen phase to polyvinyl alcohol.The content of this study is divided into the following two parts:(1)Polyvinyl alcohol/functionalized graphene(PVA/FG)composite film was obtained by adding functionalized graphene to polyvinyl alcohol by melt casting method;Maleic anhydride was added to polyvinyl alcohol,and then functionalized graphene was added to obtain maleic anhydride/polyvinyl alcohol/functionalized graphene(MPVA/FG)composite film.The morphology and structure of the composite thin film were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),raman spectra(Ram)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The performance of the composite materials were tested by the universal tensile testing machine,water vapor transmission rate tester,oxygen transmission rate tester,electrical conductivity tester and contact angle tester.The research results show that when the FG content was 2 %,the mechanical properties,barrier properties and thermal stability of the PVA/FG composite film were the best.When the FG content was 2 %,after adding MAH to modify the PVA,the mechanical properties,barrier properties and thermal stability of the MPVA/FG composite film are the best.After adding FG,the conductivity and hydrophobic of the two composite films increase linearly,reaching a maximum value when the FG content was 4 %,and each performance was better than the PVA/FG composite film.(2)PVA/NC composite film was obtained by adding nanocellulose to polyvinyl alcohol by melt casting method;maleic anhydride was added to polyvinyl alcohol by melt casting method,and then obtained maleic anhydride/polyvinyl alcohol/nanocellulose(MPVA/NC)composite film after adding nanocellulose.The morphology and structure of the composite film were characterized by fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),transmission electron microscope(TEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The properties of the composite materials were characterized by universal tensile testing machine,water vapor transmission rate tester,oxygen transmission rate tester and contact angle tester.The results of this study show that when NC content was 0.6%,the PVA/NC composite film has the best mechanical properties,barrier properties,water resistance and thermal stability.When the NC content was 0.6 %,after adding MAH to the PVA modification,the mechanical properties,barrier properties,hydrophobic and thermal stability of the MPVA/NC composite film were optimal,and each performance was better than the PVA/NC composite film.
