| Gas is the main source of coal mine disasters,but also rich reserves of unconventional natural gas.Hole sealing technology is the key technology of underground gas drainage in coal mine.The effect of borehole sealing determines the concentration of underground gas drainage.At present,the gas drainage in the low permeability area of Chengzhuang Coal Mine mainly adopts the "two plugging and one injection" double bag sealing technology.In view of this,this paper takes Chengzhuang coal mine gas drainage sealing hole as the background,has carried out this coal seam "blocking integrated" sealing hole technology research.The sealing method of "blocking integrated" is that the sealing hole is mainly filling the drilling space,and the plugging is filling the dynamic pressure micro fissure to form the fissure filling material: through the processes of sealing the hole and plugging the leak,the leakage channel is isolated and the gas drainage concentration is increased.Based on the concept of "blocking integrated" in gas drainage,a new type of "blocking integrated" sealing equipment and matching grouting plugging material are developed in order to improve the effect of gas drainage.Finally,the industrial test of gas drainage hole sealing is carried out in Chengzhuang Coal Mine.The test results show that the "blocking integrated" three-bag grouting hole sealing device developed in this paper can improve the poor sealing effect of the borehole.The gas drainage concentration of borehole can be obviously increased after gas leakage disposal.The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the concentration of coal seam gas drainage in Chengzhuang Coal Mine and even Jincheng Mining area,and have certain guiding significance for realizing safe and efficient production of coal mine and improving underground gas.Figure 39,Table 7,reference 51. |
