Study On The Evaluation Of Ecological Logistics Capacity In Shanxi Shaanxi Henan Region Along The Yellow River

With the proposal of the national strategy of "ecological protection and high quality development of the Yellow River Basin",There is more attention pay for the Yellow River Basin’s environment protect.In this context,logistics industry,which has large energy consumption and can impact the environment deeply,is necessary to be green,low-carbon and environment friendly.Therefore,in order to promote the improvement and balanced development of ecological logistics in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan along the Yellow River region,this paper takes the ecological logistics capacity of 16 prefecture level cities in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Henan along the Yellow River region as the research object,and studies the ecological logistics capacity of each prefecture level City from 2014 to 2019,hoping to provide decision-making reference for the development of ecological logistics of 16 prefecture level cities.Through reading lots of relevant literature,At first,this paper makes some research status,which are about the regional logistics,ecological logistics and logistics capacity,the ecological logistics’ s influence factors are alse included.Then,making further understand of what ecological logistics and regional ecological logistics are.Based on the theories of sustainable development,ecological economics and circular economy,the research theme is further clarified.Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system including three dimensions of logistics demand,logistics supply and ecological environment is constructed.Combined with factor analysis and cluster analysis,based on the data of various cities from 2014 to 2019,the comprehensive score and ranking of ecological logistics ability of 16 prefecture level cities in six years are obtained,and the cluster analysis method is used to cluster the 16 prefecture level cities.The evaluation results show that there are significant differences in the ecological logistics capacity among the 16 prefecture level cities.Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Yulin,Taiyuan,Yan’an,Weinan and Xinxiang are above the average level,and Zhengzhou is in the forefront with absolute scores every year,while Xinzhou,Luliang,Jinzhong,Kaifeng and Puyang are relatively weak.The spatial difference shows the characteristics of agglomeration and hierarchy.In the past six years,the ranking of ecological logistics capacity of 16 prefecture level cities has little change,and the overall development level is constantly improving.Finally,the paper offers some measures and suggestions for the development of ecological logistics in local cities,which depends on the evaluation results.
